The SADDEST part is… a MAN can feel more VALUED at WORK than in his own HOME.
MEN carry PAIN in SILENCE, SMILE in public, and BREAK down alone.

Some MEN don’t TALK about it, they just DISAPPEAR and REBUILD in SILENCE.

I sat down with a man in his late 40s and asked him why he walked away from his wife and kids to start a new family. His response was:

"Gods word, if I had stayed one more year, the question today would be, ‘Why did that man die so early?’ I was drowning everyday, I changed so much that I could not recognize myself anymore. And what good would it have done my kids to have a dead father or have an absent one whom they can still call or see?”

What are your thoughts on a man choosing himself in this way? 🤔

Ability means your skills and capacity — the gifts God has placed in you.

You must first know God in order to understand yourself.

🧠 Teaching Points:

1. Trust in the Lord – (Proverbs 3:5)
Don’t lean on your own understanding; God knows your true potential.

2. Know God first
When you align with God, you discover your identity and purpose.

3. You are created in God’s image – (John 4:23–24)
Your value and ability are rooted in your Creator.

4. Truth sets you free – (John 8:32)
Discovering God’s truth helps you walk in your calling.

5. You are who God says you are – (Daniel 11:32, ESV)
Those who know their God will be strong and do great exploits.

6. God is your strength and salvation – (Psalm 27:1, 6)
Your confidence comes from God, not from worldly validation.

PASTORAL WORK/CALLING

A TEDIOUS JOB, BUT SEEMS LIKE LAZY JOB

A Pastor

No one knows :

*1* What a Pastor hears,
*2* What he sees,
*3* The secrets he must keep,
*4* The temptations he encounters,
*5* The tears he sheds,
*6* The sorrow he endures,
*7* The loneliness he manages,
*8* The bitterness he experiences,
*9* The Lies levelled against him by some of the people he serves!
*10* How he accommodates those who pretend they love him but behind, they destroy him.
*11* How he tries to live more than a human,
*12* The lack he suffers,
*13* The discrimination he must not react to,
*14* The accusations he has to mute at,
*15* The expectations he strives to cope with,
*16* Even a fellow Pastor does not know what the other goes through.
*17* He is alive for God and yet he lives for Us!
*18* A Pastor & the Pastorhood is what no One can fully understand or comprehend!
*19* The Pastor hood is "A Mystery"!
*20* The Pastor is a mystery too!

*A mystery is an incomprehensible intelligibility!*

So ALL you can do for him is do pray for him.

*A day must not pass without a standing in the gap for him!*

*Wish him well*, & endeavor to understand him!*

Make him happy at least.

*For an unhappy Pastor is a disaster to the Church of God!*

*1* Respect your Pastor........
*2* Pray for your Pastor........
*3* Encourage your Pastor.....
*4* Celebrate your Pastor......
*5* Stop Judging Pastors because of what you heard or saw...
