2. Clients
The client is the device or program that initiates a request for a service or resource. It's the “customer” in our restaurant analogy. When you browse the web, your browser (like Chrome or Firefox) is the client. It sends a request to a server to get a webpage.
- Examples: Your smartphone 📱, laptop 💻, or even a specific application like a video game.
• Servers
The server is a powerful computer or program that waits for requests from clients and then delivers the requested information or service. It's the “chef” or “waiter” 👨🍳👩🍳 at the restaurant, ready to serve your order. The server hosts the resources that clients want to access, such as websites, videos, or databases.
• Examples: A web server storing a website, a game server managing an online game, or a mail server handling emails.
The Interaction
The entire process is a constant back-and-forth communication. When you click a link or type a URL, the client sends a request to the server. The server processes that request, finds the requested data (e.g., the HTML, CSS, and images for a webpage), and sends it back to the client. The client then displays the information for you to see. This relationship forms the backbone of how the internet and many other networked systems operate.

UNDERSTANDING OF CLIENT AND SERVER
A client is the device or application that requests and consumes services from a server. While A server is the device or program that provides services or resources to a client.
When you use your phone or computer to access your page or post on Instagram, your device acts as the client. It sends a request to Facebook's or Instagram's servers to retrieve your page's content, such as photos, videos, and comments.
The servers then process this request and send back the necessary data to your device, which then displays it to you. Similarly, when you create a new Instagram post, your device (the client) sends the photo and caption to Instagram's servers, which store the data and make it accessible to your followers' devices.
Analogy
Think of the relationship like a restaurant:
You (the client): You're a customer who requests a meal from the menu.
The Waiter (the network): They take your order to the kitchen.
The Kitchen (the server): They prepare your food and send it back to you.
In this scenario, the kitchen is the server that provides the service (the meal) you requested.

Dear Esteemed Faculty, Family, Friends, and Fellow Graduates,

Today, we gather to celebrate not just our achievements, but the journey we've taken to reach this moment. Graduation is more than just a ceremony, it’s a milestone that signifies hard work, perseverance, and growth.
As we sit here, clad in caps and gowns, let us take a moment to reflect on the countless hours spent studying, the friendships forged and the challenges overcome. Each late night, each exam, and each project has shaped us into who we are today. We have not only gained knowledge but have also learned the value of resilience and teamwork.

To my families and friends, I thank you for your unwavering support and prayers. Your belief in me has been my greatest motivation. Teachers and mentors, I'm grateful for your guidance and for challenging me to reach my fullest potential.

As I stand on the precipice of the future, I'll take these lessons and experiences and apply them not just in my careers, but in my life. The world is waiting for me and it is my turn to make an impact, to inspire change and to innovate. My graduation is not an end, but a beginning. Will step forward with courage and ambition, knowing that I carry the weight of my dreams and the hopes of those who have supported me along the way.
