Self-care is not selfish. It is essential for your well-being and happiness. Here are some tips on how to take care of yourself:

- Set healthy boundaries. Learn to say no to things that drain your energy or harm your mental health.
- Practice gratitude. Appreciate what you have and express your thanks to others who support you.
- Do something you enjoy. Whether it is reading, gardening, dancing, or anything else, find time to do what makes you happy.
- Get enough sleep. Aim for at least seven hours of quality sleep every night. Your body and mind will thank you.
