Today, I engaged the people of Cianthia and facilitated the provision of replacement water pipes to support the restoration of their water supply, following the damage caused by a grader during the grading of the Cianthia Road. This intervention is aimed at ensuring that the affected residents regain reliable access to water.

I have also maintained constructive engagement with the Managing Director of EWASCO, whose office has demonstrated commendable cooperation in addressing water-related challenges across Evurore. Through this partnership, I will continue pursuing sustainable water solutions and expand connections to different parts of the ward.

My office remains committed to responsive leadership, good governance and the delivery of tangible development that addresses the priorities of our people.

This evening, I spent time with the Ishiara Street Boy's football Club, listening to the challenges affecting their team and discussing practical ways to support their growth.

I committed to addressing some of the issues raised and supporting the development of the club. I also presented them with a football as a contribution towards nurturing their talent.

Talent is developed step by step, and my office remains committed to supporting and empowering young people across different sporting disciplines.

My heartfelt condolences to the family of Daniel Nyaga Kienge. I fondly refer to him as Senior, the man who welcomed me to the Ministry of Trade.

From the humble village of Kyenire, Senior rose to become a Provincial Head of Department. He was a distinguished professional, dedicated public servant and devoted Catholic.

I was with him last Sunday at Kyenire Catholic Church. He was also the father of my good friend, Planner Mutugi Kienge.

His long and distinguished service in consumer protection as a Weights and Measures Officer will remain an enduring legacy.

Today, on behalf of our Patron, Geoffrey Kiringa RUKU, I led a team comprising Youth Empowerment Chief Officer Lucie Gasheri Nice, Chairman Captain Robinho, Hildah Nyaga and Eric Karengi in an engagement with FKF President Hussein Mohammed. We discussed areas of collaboration to support our team and other football teams across Embu County.

As we approach our fundraising dinner in 10 days, I sincerely appreciate the FKF President for his warm hospitality and commend his continued efforts to promote and develop football across the country.

Today, I accompanied Hon. Leo Wa Mūthende, alongside Peterson Njiru Weche MCA Muminji Ward, during the inspection of the ongoing upgrading to bitumen standard of the Kanyuambora–Kamūmū–Soko–Kageerì Road, which is now 80% complete.

The project, initiated under the leadership of H.E. President William Samoei Ruto, is a significant milestone in transforming our road infrastructure, enhancing connectivity, facilitating trade, and opening new opportunities for our people.

Subsequently i accompanied the MP in launching the Kariani Borehole in Kamarandi Location, Evurore Ward. The solar-powered borehole will provide a reliable supply of clean water and ease the burden of accessing this essential resource.

I remain committed to supporting initiatives that advance development and improve the livelihoods of our people.
