It's been an awesome experience working with the Samburu community.
We've successfully completed transplanting pixie Oranges.
We now look forward to nurturing them to maturity.

Day 1, 2 and 3.
Our pixie project has officially kicked off.
1. We have ploughed the land and dug planting
holes.
2. We have put enough goat manure into the holes
and mixed with top Soil.
3. We have laid drip lines for both Pixies and beans.
We will inter crop pixies with beans. Beans will
help in fixing nitrogen into the soil while pixies
will shade them off against the scorching sun.
4. While the above was happening, on the far end of
the farm we were digging a water resovoir
4. Interaction with the community around and
appreciated their rich culture.
5. Meanwhile our seedlings had time to acclimatise to the new environment.
