An Okinawa local cooking school offering culinary, pastry and artisan breadmaking classes under Le Cordon Bleu Executive Chef Tony Novak. We also hold local shopping and dining excursions to help newcomers acclimate to island life and Japanese cuisine.

With a very sad heart, the rest of our January Classes have been cancelled due to the latest SOFA restrictions... (😭😭😭). If registered for either Wednesday (Intro to Japanese) or Friday (Intro to Pastry Arts), please PM/Message us for a FULL REFUND.

Hopefully this will pass quickly and no further craziness to follow! We seriously appreciate your understanding and absolutely share in your frustration! (On the "plus" side, it gives us time to get even more wonderful classes developed up)

Anyone interested in doing a Pizza Class? Planning my upcoming class schedule and got to talking with Mike at https://www.facebook.com/pizzakokopelli tonight and we're considering putting together a special "Tony & Mike Pizza Party Class" for the January schedule.

We're still early in the planning, but it would most likely fall on a Sunday. The class would basically take you through the stages of dough making, hand-shaping your crust, crafting your sauce, topping and firing your pizza in a wood-burning oven...

We're taking the school online and now we need your help to shape up our course offering! Please head on over to Okinawa Food & Living and assist us by selecting the courses you are most interested in!

We've put up a poll of the top 14 courses that we have in our arsenal -- But, since video production is a little on the demanding side, we do need to prioritize!

In the meantime... Stay safe out there Okinawa and please share the fabulous news that we will soon be resuming our classes!
