It's been 12 years since the Great East Japan Earthquake. Some of you might remember that SLER members visited Okawa Primary School in 2014, where the children could not evacuate by the teachers miss management.

I had a chance to visit the place at the end of February. Part of the school is now preserved and a memorial hole was built. From here to the shore, no body is living.

昨日はマダガスカルセミナー参加ありがとうございました。在京マダガスカル大使館や人の森の野田さんにも来て頂き、盛会でした。また進展、共有できる機会がありがたいです。もう少し良い写真が手に入ればお送りします。
Thank you for coming to the Madagascar Seminar. It was great to have partners from the Embassy of madagascar in Tokyo and Mr. Noda working for the JICA projects in Madagascar. Apologize that English interpretation could not be provided sufficienty. I wish that the event could be broadcasted to U of Antananarivo as we used to do in the past. Hope to have another occasion to share the follow-up. The video of our 3 years visit was developed and hope to make available for exclusive viewing soon.
