先週末、アメリカ🇺🇸オレゴン州（Oregon, USA）から...
フェイシャルマッサージ #ソワンドレナージュ を2日間のコースで学びに来てくれた生徒さん。

ボディマッサージライセンスを取得して、今回フェイシャルマッサージを学ぶのは初めてましたが、解剖生理学など基礎知識を理解しており、とてもスムーズに技術習得をすることが出来ました。

ポテンシャルがあり、アメリカに帰国してから練習を重ねてからデビュー予定です。

実際にドライヘッドスパを受けた翌日の朝の事、数ヶ月経った今でも鮮明に覚えています。

朝目覚めが良くない方でしたが、ぱっちりと目が開き頭の中がスッキリクリアで久々に清々しい朝を迎えた感覚でした。

頭部に血流がいかず滞っていることがいかに良くないことか、今まで重たい身体を頑張って動かしていたんだ、だから疲れも取れない感覚に陥っていたんだと実感しました。

物事を考えることに関してもポジティブに捉えられるようになったと実感しました。

今回の研修を通して、技術だけでなく
「セラピストとしてどう在るべきか」「触れることの意味」を深く学ばせていただきました。
