Maison Mattis(メゾン・マティス）は、フランスの一般家庭で日常つくられているママンの味を日本のスーパーにある食材で気軽に作って食事を楽しもうというアットホームな企画です。

オニオンスープにポタージュ、お肉やお魚のソテーにオリジナルソースやドレッシングの数々、フルーツタルトやキッシュ、コンポート・・・一見難しそうに思える料理でも、コツをつかめば１人でも簡単に作れます！
普段のお料理レパートリーを一緒に楽しく増やしませんか？

お料理大好きのパリっ子、Mattis Mussault(マティス・ミュソー）が、肩肘張らない家庭料理を教えます。

I have thought about the next menu, that could be interesting for everyone.

-Quiche with zucchini and goat cheese.
-Main menu open to suggestions, consider the non meat eaters (we can have to mains)
-Seasonal fruit tart!
