Same meeting. Two versions.
Version A: "So we looked at the numbers, and then we talked to the vendor, and there was also this thing with the timeline, and actually before that we should mention the budget concern from last quarter, and—" Eight minutes in, still no point.
Version B: "We should delay the launch by two weeks. Two reasons: the vendor confirmed a shipping delay, and our Q3 budget doesn't cover expedited freight." Point made in 12 seconds.
Same person. Same facts. Same meeting.
This isn't a talent gap — it's an unlearned skill. Version A follows the order someone discovered the information. Version B follows the CRE framework: Conclusion, then Reason, then Evidence. Most professionals were never taught this explicitly. They either pick it up slowly by watching senior colleagues for years, or they never pick it up at all.
One 90-minute session compresses that years-long "figuring it out by osmosis" into a structure anyone can apply immediately — starting in their very next meeting.
This is exactly what Session 1 of our curriculum teaches.
