GREETINGS FROM KYOTO 🇯🇵❤️
I loved Kyoto far more than I thought I would! It’s an excellent blend of city streets and beautiful nature. If you’re looking to see incredible shrines and temples, Kyoto was the place for us during our trip.
Highlights include:
• Finally going to a sushi restaurant where it comes to you by conveyor!
• Exploring the shrines and beautiful parks
• Visiting the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest and Monkey Park (we did a walking tour and it was amazing!)
• Visiting the Kyoto Botanical Garden and the infamous Fushimi Inari-taisha Shrine (1,000 torii gates)
• Finding amazing restaurants (including a whimsical one that played Disney music) and trying the Creamia soft serve (delicious until it started melting all over us lol)
• Our hotel was Bach-themed and the public onsen played classical music - so relaxing 🥰🎵
• So much Kirby everywhere!! 💕
From the excitement of Tokyo to the serene nature of Hakone, Kyoto was *the* ideal blend of both and it was so delightful. Add this one to your Japan list!!

Turns out, you actually *can* do whatever you set your mind to 😉 LOCK IN 2025: COMPLETED ✅
For me, after not challenging myself physically all that much this year, attempting 35 spin rides in 30 days at my local studio () felt like the best experiment to work on.
(The actual challenge is 35 rides in 50 days but you know I gotta be a little extra 💅🏼 😉)
What I learned is that I still got *it.*
The grit, the determination, the joy of pouring into my cup through movement - it’s all still there.
I felt a little loss in that area, with having recovered from marathon training but was too nervous to jump back in.
Because there were days that I struggled to show up. The accomplishment sometimes was just getting to the studio on time and clipping in.
But I knew I was going to be okay because the motivators had my back. 10 minutes later, I’d be sweaty, mentally locked in, and super grateful for this opportunity to show up.
Thank you for the reminder that I can do whatever I set my mind to and for helping me round out this year strong.
Thank you for the community who made me feel so welcomed, my friends I got to see so much more, and the Vault team who are the best cheerleaders and support systems in the world.

Being a creative is not for the faint at heart 🙃😬
Happy Halloween to the creatives, the dreamers, and the makers during a holiday that literally is all about being inventive and artistic 🎨📸🎃
Get outside, move your body, and unlock new ideas, strategies, and feel lighter about the wild world we live in.
You, my creative friend, need time to recharge when you’re creating your next masterpiece, and what better place to do it than outside in the fresh air.
My name’s Dani and I make content helping creatives live pain free through movement - follow for more great tips and insight! 💪🏼🎨

JOIN ME AT WELLNESS WEDNESDAY! ❤️🎉
Teaching Wellness Wednesday during a TORNADO WARNING was so insane and crazy and I’m so pumped to be able to do it again this week (without the warning obvi 😉).
Creating spaces for accessibility is important to me and my business. Being able to teach for free on such an iconic stage has challenged me and made me so grateful to be in these shoes.
