For the development of the bio-medical Engineering device, pre clinical evaluation before the clinical application is one of the most important issue, when we consider the commercially available products for the all of the patients.
Of course, the ethical problem is an important factor.
So the aiming at GLP, AAALAC, PMDA and FDA certification will become important points in every countries.
For the development of the new devices including the artificial heart, ventricular assist devices, artificial esophagus, artificial sphincter, and various artificial organs by the use of the new technology in the Biomedical engineering, pre clinical research center will become the most important center.
