The Art of Mathematics. The QUADRATIC Eyewear frame is mathematically beautiful. It is rigidly based and inspired by the bean curve identified by Cundy and Rowllet in 1989.The quartic curve given by the implicit equation x4+x2y2+y4=ax(x2+y2). So far, The curve seems to be mostly a pure academic pursuit within the area of quartic curves, with very few (if any) real life applications.It is unique, as it is a closed curve, very rare in mathematics.
