Job Title: Business Development Manager

Globadow is a multi-national startup company focusing on globalization in the fields of Higher Education, Training, Trading, Tourism, Software Development, Language Services, Recruitment Services, and Company Establishment Consultancy. To meet our growing business needs, we are looking for a Business Development Manager for our Pakistan Office located at Deans Trade Center, Peshawar.

Job Description:
Globadow needs a Business Development Manager (BDM) to develop its operations in Pakistan's Office. The BDM will be responsible for setting corporate culture, managing company’s physical and financial resources, preparation of budgets, forecasts, and analyses, providing leadership and direction for the overall sales strategy, monitoring sales channels and services, analyzing the business, performance as well as competition, focusing on online and offline initiatives, able to manifest company's vision through digital and print media, supervising daily operations, reporting to the CEO and higher authorities about significant events, conveying company policy and regulations to employees and encouraging expansion and tapping into international markets.

Qualification required:
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in entrepreneurship, business administration or management, information technology, computer science, engineering, or a relevant field.

Experience and skills required:
Has previous experience in the business development or a similar role, has significant knowledge of developing a professional website and maintaining it, must have the knowledge of these tools MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project, Primavera, Google Forms, Google Analytics, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc. Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills, has dealt with digital media (WhatsApp, Discord, Telegram, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.), experience as a digital media specialist, media production, photo, and video making & editing. Experience of using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Express, Adobe Premiere, Corel VideoStudio, Windows Video Editor, or any other offline and online tool/software.
