城東区役所・城東警察署にご協力いただき、「自転車に乗るときのルール」の説明会を開きました。
４月から厳しくなる自転車の交通ルールを、イラストや寸劇などでわかりやすく説明していただきました。
参加したのは学習者＋家族22人、ボランティア20人、合計42人。難しい内容でしたが、身近なことなので皆真剣に聞いて熱心に質問していました。
４月からは違反すると青切符を切られて罰金を払わなければなりません。ルールを守って安全に自転車に乗りましょう！
参考までに、「自転車に乗る時のルール」「日本で犯罪に巻き込まれたら」「サイバー犯罪に巻き込まれないために」等の配布資料（多言語版）を載せます。
説明会の後、学習者12名が「日本に来てからの感想」や「日本の文化について」などそれぞれのテーマで短いスピーチをしました。みなさんしっかり練習していて、素晴らしかったです。
＊３月26日、４月２日は春休みです、教室はありません、
次の教室は４月９日です。

With the cooperation of the Joto Ward Office and the Joto Police Station, we held an informational session on “Rules for Riding Bicycles.”
The session used illustrations and skits to clearly explain the bicycle traffic rules, which will become stricter starting in April.
A total of 42 people attended, including 22 language learners and their family members, as well as 20 volunteers. Although the content was complex, since it pertains to everyday life, everyone listened attentively and asked questions enthusiastically.
Starting in April, violations will result in a traffic ticket and a fine. Let’s follow the rules and ride our bicycles safely!
For your reference, we have included multilingual handouts on topics such as “Rules for Riding Bicycles,” “What to Do If You Are Involved in a Crime in Japan,” and “How to Avoid Becoming a Victim of Cybercrime.”
After the briefing, 12 students gave short speeches on various topics, such as “Impressions since arriving in Japan” and “Japanese culture.” Everyone had practiced thoroughly, and their presentations were wonderful.
*There will be no classes on March 26 and April 2 due to spring break.
The next class will be held on April 9.

在城东区政府及城东警察署的协助下，我们举办了“骑自行车时的规则”说明会。
通过插图和短剧等形式，大家通俗易懂地讲解了4月起将收紧的自行车交通规则。
共有22名学员及其家属、20名志愿者参加，共计42人。虽然内容较为复杂，但因为是与日常生活息息相关的事，大家都认真聆听并积极提问。
从4月起，一旦违规将被开具罚单并需缴纳罚款。请遵守规则，安全骑行！
供大家参考，现附上《骑自行车时的规则》、《在日本遭遇犯罪时该怎么办》、《如何避免卷入网络犯罪》等资料（多语言版）。
说明会结束后，12名学员分别以“来日本后的感想”和“日本文化”等主题进行了简短演讲。大家都认真练习过，表现非常出色。
