◆どんな想いでやっているか
日本の子どもたちが、
社会で生きていくうえで本当に大切なことが
学べる環境をつくりたい。
子どもたちが、創造性を伸ばし発揮し
自分で夢中になれるものを見つけられる力が
伸ばせる環境をつくりたい。
そのために、先生や親が未来を想像し、学び、
トランスフォームしていける環境をつくります。
・こんな経験をしたこと、ありませんか？
塾に通い、夜遅くまで勉強した。
周りに合わせて大学受験をした。
就活をして、会社に入った。
しかし、勉強したことが仕事に活かせていない。
なんか、仕事に情熱を燃やせない。
だからといって、どうすればいいのか分からない。
私自身
は、そうでした。
>>それは何故なのか？
自分なりたい未来を明確にせず
社会や未来を予測するための情報を取らず
なんとなく勉強し、なんとなく就職したからなのではないかと思います。
そして、それは日本の教育にも原因の一端があると思っています。
◆では、私たちは何がしたいのか？
「日本の既存の教育を変える」というよりは、「新しい教育をつくる」こと。
今ある、国語・算数・理科・社会etc.は、もちろん必要だと思っています。
ただ、何かが足りないのではないか。
その10科目目となるようなものをつくっていきたい。
◆どのようにつくっていくのか？
日本にはまだないけれど
価値のあるコンテンツを海外から持ち込んで、広めていきます。

Hi, I’m Nagi Ishihara from T-TEC Lab. Let me introduce about ourselves.
< What is T-TEC Lab >
A technical research institute that raises children who will be loved from the future.
◆ What is our vision? We would like to make a place that children can develop and demonstrate their creativity. In order to do so, we would like to create an environment where teachers and parents can transform.
・ Have you ever had such an experience? Went to a cram school and studied until late at night. Took the university entrance exam because friends did so. Got a job and entered the company. However, studies from school is not helpful in work. Somehow, don’t have big motivation for work. But don't know what to do. This is all about myself.
>> Why is that? It may because, I studied without knowing what I really want to do, and who I want to be. I didn’t clarify the future that I want to get, and didn’t take information to predict society and the future. And I think Japanese education is one cause of that.
◆ So what do we want to do? Rather than "changing existing education in Japan," we want to "create a new education." Of course, I think that the existing Japanese language, math, science, social studies, etc. are necessary. However, something may be missing. I want to create something that will be the next subject.
◆ How do you make it? We will bring in valuable and interesting content from overseas and promote them. Details will be reported in posts, so please check it 🙂
