改めて自己紹介をさせていただきます。

羽田江梨子(Eriko Hada)と申します。

これまで約2000人の子どもたちと向き合い、音・色・感触を通して「その子らしさ」が芽吹く瞬間に立ち会ってきました。
保育士としての経験と、創造的な遊びの場づくりを軸に、一人ひとりの”生きていく力”を育む活動を続けています。

＜経歴＞
⚫︎都内の幼稚園、保育園（各8年）勤務
⚫︎パネルシアター劇団「劇団えりりん」として国内の保育園や幼稚園、児童館などの公演・講師活動を行う。
⚫︎西東京市内で親子サロンおはなしひろばえーるを主催（2019年〜）
⚫︎居宅認可外保育施設「託児室えーるaile」を開業（現在に至る）

〜この事業を始めたきっかけとこれから〜
　大人数保育の限界を強く感じて、お子さんを確実に伸ばす方法はないかと模索し、親御さんと一緒に実践できる個別保育が一番効果的だと考えました。
　これまでに蓄積してきた保育経験をもとに独自の造形あそびカリキュラムを作り、実践しております。
お子さんの想像を上回る成長により効果を実感しております。

　これからもカリキュラムを実践しさらにアップデートをしながらお子さんの考えて行動できる力を育てる手伝いをしていきたいと思います。

Based on our experience as a nursery school teacher and creating a creative playground, we continue to cultivate the "power to live" for each person.

アスタ専門店街2階センターコートにて「みんなの居場所 サードプレイス展」が開催されます。
西東京市には、実はたくさんの“居場所”があります。
その存在を知っていただけるイベントで、おひとりでも、親子でも気軽にお越しいただけます。
今年はお子さま向けの企画も充実しています。
私は14日11:00～「パネルユニット えりマーチ」としてパネルシアターを担当します。
子どもたちが楽しめる物語をたくさん準備しています。
ぜひ遊びにいらしてください。

今日の造形あそびは、色のグラデーションから始まりました。
濃い青から白へと変わっていくその色を、子どもたちはそれぞれの感覚でつかまえていく。

七タ飾りを作りました。
折り紙って、薄い紙から色々な形が生まれるのが本当に不思議で、毎年つくるたびにその奥深さを感じます。
去年は一緒に網飾りを作ったお子さん。
その記憶をしっかり覚えていて、今年は迷いなくスッと手が動いていました。
そこで今年は少しステップアップして提灯づくりへ。
ランプを入れるために芯に巻きつけたり、形を整えたり..難しい工程も丁寧に仕上げていました。
毎年の七夕が、子どもの成長の記録になっていくのが嬉しいです。

造形あそび教室が本格スタートしました。
これまで訪問型のみで行っていましたが、今年から託児型（保育室）でのご利用もスタートしました。
保育室には、紙・粘土・自然素材・道具などえーるの造形あそびの素材が全てそろっています。
「つくりたいものを自分で決めて、必要な材料を自分で探す」
そんなプロセスを大切にしています。
子どもの”考えてつくる喜び”がのびのび育つ場所になりますように。

ゴールデンウィーク、
おはなしひろばとして使っていた部屋を
造形あそびの部屋へ模様替えしながら、
増えすぎた絵本の整理をしていました。
数えてみたら、絵本だけで496冊。
大絵本や紙芝居を入れたら、
きっと500冊を超えます。
この部屋ではパネルシアターや絵本の世界を楽しむ時間を大切にしてきました。
ただ、えーるの造形あそびの中心にあるのは、子どもの興味から生まれる"つくる時間"。
絵本やパネルシアターは今も大切な存在ですが、
造形あそびの主役は、
子ども自身の「やってみたい」から始まる創作です。
そこでこの部屋を、
季節ごとの造形あそび教室のための
"つくる部屋"へと少しずつ整えているところです。
絵本やパネルシアターは、これからも変わらずそばに。
子どもたちの想像の世界を支えてくれる
えーるの大事な仲間です。

スポンジアート「海のきらめき」

絵の具をぽとんと落として、
スポンジでそっと広げていくあそび。
この日は、お子さんの「やりたい！」から始まりました。
いろいろな造形あそびを重ねていくうちに、
自分の“好き”が少しずつ形になっていきます。

最初は
「レインボーを作るぞー！」
と元気いっぱいにスタート。
けれど、色が混ざる偶然や手の動きのリズムにまかせていくうちに生まれたのは
ラメがきらっと光る、美しいブルーの“海”。
ゴールドがそっと寄り添う砂浜のような世界でした。
思い描いたものと違っても、
その途中で出会う色や形が、
子どもたちの「好き」を育てていくのだと感じます。
