taught me to show up and practice no matter what mood or state. Honestly some days felt easy, the others I had to drag myself out. And very often just after 10 min of dancing, I felt it was all worth it.

Consistency is what makes a difference in the end, right?

We are heading towards the New Year and here's some news and plans for 2025.

First of all, since the 1st of January there will be a 12% increase on the subscription prices. That's the first time the prices will go up - there has not been any change since 2018 and it is needed to be done to cover the increasing costs. So if you have been thinking of getting access to 22+ hrs of valuable iSOLObalboa content, make sure to benefit from the old prices before the beginning of 2025.

Perhaps some of you have already noticed that a few of the videos started to get English subs? The plan for the next year is to add English subtitles to all the courses. And later there may be other languages, we will see)

And of course we are planning to release more new lessons and courses so stay tuned!
