高校に進学して、教室に来なくなる人もいます。
毎年4月に、そういったみなさんにメッセージカードを送っています。
教室で一生懸命勉強したことや、楽しくおしゃべりしたことを覚えていてほしいです。
高校でもがんばってくださいね！

Some students stop coming to our class after entering high school.
Every April, we make and give message cards to those people.
We hope they’ll remember the times they spent in our classroom—studying and having fun chatting with their friends.

【学習サポート】
4月になり新年度が始まりました。
先週今週は高校に提出する書類の準備をしています。
いっしょに何を書くか確認しながら、書けるところから少しずつ書いています。
勉強だけでなく、入学までに必要なサポートもしているので、高校に進学したい人にも安心して教室に来てほしいです。

The new school year has begun.
Since last week, we have been helping students fill out their enrollment paperwork.
We go over what to write together and fill in the parts little by little. We help with not just studying but also everything needed before starting school, so anyone wanting to go to high school can feel confident coming to our classroom!

松本先生が個別授業を行っていた中学2年生はN1に合格したそうです。
そして明日は他の生徒が高校の入試。
心配が尽きない毎日です。

Mr. Matsumoto looks tired.
He noticed the camera and struck a pose saying, “Do your best on the test!”

I hear the second-year middle school student Mr. Matsumoto tutored passed the N1 exam.
Tomorrow, another student has their high school entrance exam.
Every day brings endless worries.

顔を描かれてました。一年生は気楽でいいです。

今週は私立高校の入試が行われ、公立高校の入試も近づいてきています。
心配もたくさんありますが、がんばってほしいです！

今年も教室が始まって一週間たちました。
教室のレイアウトを変えたので、新しい気持ちで新年を迎えています。
冬休み明けから中学校に入学した生徒がいます。
担任の先生から連絡が来て、日本語のことでほめられたので、ひと安心！
今年もがんばりましょう！

It's been a week since classes started again this year.
We changed the classroom layout. So, we feel a little refreshed.
One student started attending junior high school after winter break.
His homeroom teacher contacted us, praising his Japanese skills, so we breathed a sigh of relief!
Let's do our best again this year!

先週末はみんなでパーティーをしました。みんな楽しんでくれたかな？

教室は来週がお休みで、今年は今日までです。
年が明けるとすぐに高校入試が目前です。エンジン全開で頑張っていきたいと思います。

Last weekend we had a party. We hope everyone enjoyed it!

学習教室のスタッフみんなで近くのスリランカ料理屋に行ってきました。

なかなかみんなが集まることはないので貴重な機会です。
たくさんお話することができて、楽しいひと時でした！

松本先生はビリヤニとコットゥ、他の方はカレー、私はストリングホッパーという麺とカレーをいただきました。
どの料理もおいしかったです！

We, the classroom staff, went to a nearby Sri Lankan restaurant.

It's not often that everyone gets together, so it was a precious opportunity.
We had lots to talk about and had a great time!

Mr. Matsumoto had Biryani and Kottu, others had Curry, and I had String Hoppers, a type of noodle dish.
Every dish was delicious!

【学習サポート】

高卒認定試験の結果が届きました。

母国で高校卒業前に来日し、高校に行かずに進学する道を選んだ生徒がいますが、先月行われた試験で無事に合格しました！

毎日とても努力をしていたので、いい結果となって本当にうれしいです！

The results for the Upper Secondary School Equivalency Examination(an exam granting eligibility to apply to vocational schools and universities) have arrived.

We have student who came to Japan before graduating high school and plan to advance to vocational school without attending high school in Japan.
She successfully passed the exam held last month!

We are SOOOOO happy because she worked so hard every day.
