【春の校外学習で奈良公園へ行ってきました🦌✨】

京都ランゲージアカデミーでは春の校外学習として、総勢70名ほどでで奈良公園を訪れました！

奈良公園に到着すると、まずは迫力満点の「奈良の大仏」にみんなで参拝。

ある有名な「柱の穴くぐり」に挑戦して盛り上がったり、公園内のいたるところにいる鹿たちにせんべいをあげて触れ合ったりと、奈良ならではの体験を存分に楽しみました😊

その後は4名ずつのグループに分かれて、ゴールのバスターミナルを目指す自由行動タイム！
自分たちで地図を見ながら、古い街並みを散策したり、お土産を選んだりと、各グループ思い思いの時間を過ごしました。

学校での授業中とはまた違った、朗らかでリラックスした学生たちの表情がとても印象的だった校外学習。
クラスや国籍の壁を越えて、みんなが日本語で笑い合いながら歩く姿に、温かい気持ちになりました✨

これからの学校生活も、みんなで楽しく頑張っていきましょう！

【Spring Field Trip: Heading to Nara Park! 🦌✨】

Recently, Kyoto Language Academy went on a Spring Field Trip to Nara Park with a wonderful group of around 70 students and staff!

Upon arriving, our first stop was to see the breathtaking and magnificent "Great Buddha." The students had a blast trying the famous "Pillar Hole Crawl" inside the temple hall and loved feeding and interacting with the many friendly deer roaming freely around the park, fully soaking up this unique Nara experience.

Afterward, the students split into groups of four for some free exploration time, with the ultimate goal of meeting up at the bus terminal! Navigating with their maps, each group spent their time in their own fun way—strolling through the historic streets and picking out local souvenirs.

Throughout the trip, it was so wonderful to see our students looking so cheerful and relaxed, showing a different, brighter side compared to their usual classroom focus. Seeing everyone transcend class and nationality barriers, walking together and sharing laughs in Japanese, truly warmed our hearts.

Let’s keep supporting each other and working hard together for the rest of our school life!

【インターナショナルスクールのフェスティバルに行ってきました🌍✨】

先日、京都ランゲージアカデミーの近くにあるインターナショナルスクールでフェスティバルが開催されました！

会場に一歩足を踏み入れると、そこは世界各国の文化が織り交ざる国際色豊かな空間でした✨

様々な国籍の参加者やブースが集まり、国内では珍しい食べ物や飲み物、楽しそうなゲームスペース、各国の文化を紹介する展示ブースなどがズラリと並び、お祭りの熱気に包まれていました🎪

本校の学生も数名訪れており、お祭りの雰囲気を楽しみながら、
色々な国のグルメを味わったり、ブースを巡ったりと楽しい時間を過ごしていましたよ😊

京都ランゲージアカデミーがある西陣は、古い歴史や伝統が息づく街でありながら、
こうした国際的な交流の機会にも恵まれたとても魅力的なエリアです。

学生の皆さんには、これからも地域で行われる様々なイベントに積極的に参加しながら、この京都西陣でしかできない特別な体験をたくさんしてもらえたら嬉しいです！

【Visiting a Local International School Festival! 🌍✨】

Recently, an exciting festival was held at an international school located right near Kyoto Language Academy!

The moment we stepped into the venue, we were welcomed by a vibrant, multicultural space where world cultures blended together beautifully. With a diverse group of participants and booths from various nationalities, the venue was buzzing with festival energy! It featured unique global foods and drinks, exciting game zones, and cultural exhibition booths. 🎪

A few of our academy students also visited the festival. They had a wonderful time soaking up the festive atmosphere, exploring the different booths, and treating themselves to delicious cuisines from around the world! 😊

The Nishijin area, where Kyoto Language Academy is located, is a truly charming neighborhood. While it is deeply rooted in Japanese history and tradition, it also offers amazing opportunities for international exchange like this.

We hope our students will continue to actively participate in various local events and collect plenty of special, one-of-a-kind experiences that can only be found here in Nishijin, Kyoto!

Kyoto Language Academy is a newly established Japanese language school that opened in April 2025.

Because we are a new school, we often receive the question:
“What kind of school is Kyoto Language Academy?”

Kyoto Language Academy is located in Kyoto’s historic Nishijin district and officially opened in April 2025.
In October 2024, we were recognized as the first Certified Japanese Language Education Institution in Kyoto.

Surrounded by the traditional streets of Nishijin, our greatest strength is that students can learn not only from textbooks, but also experience “living Japanese” in their daily lives.

【JLPT（日本語能力試験）に向けて日々奮闘中です🔥】

京都ランゲージアカデミーでは、学生たちが次回のJLPT（日本語能力試験）に向けて、学生たちのやる気で満ち溢れています！

それぞれが次の目標に向かって、日々一生懸命に努力を重ねていますね。

前回の試験で悔しい思いをし、リベンジに燃える学生や、
さらに上のレベルを目指して大きな目標に挑戦する学生など、
一人ひとりが強い強い想いを持って机に向かっています。

学校では定期的に模擬試験を行っており、
自分の結果と真剣に向き合う様子が見られています。

さらに、校内にはいつでも利用できる「貸し出し図書」は多くの学生が利用しており、自宅で自習をするための参考書や問題集を持ち帰っています📚

みんなの努力している姿は、本当にかっこいいですね。

全員の努力が実を結ぶように、職員全員でサポートしていきます！

At Kyoto Language Academy, our campus is currently filled with the energy and determination of our students as they prepare for the upcoming JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test).

Every single student is working incredibly hard day in and day out, remaining deeply focused on reaching their individual goals.

Some are motivated by the regret of a narrow miss last time, fully determined to succeed this around. Others are stepping up to challenge themselves with a higher proficiency level. It is deeply inspiring to see each one of them sitting at their desks with such strong resolve and dedication.

To help them track their progress and build confidence, the academy conducts regular mock exams. We consistently see our students facing their results head-on, carefully analyzing their performance to further improve their skills.

In addition, many students frequently take advantage of our school’s "Book Lending Service." They actively borrow reference materials and practice workbooks to continue their independent studies at home. 📚

The sight of our students dedicating themselves so completely to their goals is truly admirable and fills us with great pride.

To ensure that all of their hard work bears fruit, our entire faculty and staff are fully committed to supporting them every step of the way.

【ウェルカムパーティーを開催しました🎉✨】

京都ランゲージアカデミーでは、
2026年4月期生を歓迎するウェルカムパーティーを開催いたしました！

新入生をはじめ、在校生、教職員、
そして日頃から本校を支えてくださっている関係者の皆様を含め、
総勢80名もの仲間が集まる大賑わいのイベントとなりました🎉

会場に集まった学生たちは、色鮮やかな自国の正装やかっこいいスーツ、おしゃれな私服に身を包んでおり、いつも以上に華やかな空間となりました。

パーティーは、新入生との絆を深めるチームビルディングや自己紹介ゲームからスタート！

先生にまつわる〇✕クイズや、定番のビンゴゲーム、
さらに有志の学生によるダンスや、元気いっぱいのチアリーディングが披露され、盛りだくさんの内容となりました✨

立食形式の食事タイムには、ハラールフードや学生たちの文化や習慣に馴染みのあるメニューが数多く並びました。
学生同士おしゃべりをしながら、思い思いのオリジナルプレートを作って楽しんでいました。

学年や国籍の壁を越えて、みんなが日本語を使って笑顔で交流する様子や、先輩が優しく新入生に話しかける姿があちこちで見られ、とても心強く、温かい気持ちになるパーティーでした。

参加してくれた学生の皆さん、素敵な時間を本当にありがとうございました！今回スケジュールが合わず参加できなかった皆さんも、次回はぜひ一緒に楽しみましょうね。

【Welcome Party Held! 🎉✨】

We recently hosted a vibrant "Welcome Party" to celebrate our April 2026 term students! It was a fantastic turnout with around 80 participants, including our new arrivals, current students, faculty, staff, and school associates who support us every day. 🎉

The venue was instantly transformed into a festive and beautiful space. Students arrived looking spectacular, dressed in their stunning traditional ethnic attire, sharp suits, or stylish casual outfits.

The excitement kicked off with team-building activities and self-introduction games designed to help our new students bond and break the ice.

The schedule was packed with fun, featuring a hilarious "True or False Quiz" about our teachers, an energetic bingo game, and show-stopping volunteer performances with traditional dances and high-energy cheerleading! ✨

For lunch, we hosted a buffet-style party with a wide variety of familiar dishes that respected our students' diverse cultural backgrounds and dietary habits, including Halal options. Everyone had a great time creating their own custom plates while chatting away! 🍽️

The most heartwarming highlight of the day was seeing students transcend differences in nationality and academic year, naturally communicating with one another with bright smiles in Japanese. Our second-year seniors were wonderful, warmly welcoming the freshers into the community and making it a truly reassuring and comforting event.

A huge thank you to all the students who came and made this event unforgettable! To those who couldn't make it this time, we can't wait to see you and have fun together at our next event.

いつも以上に華やかで晴れやかな空気に包まれました。

入学許可証の授与や誓いの言葉の代表者は、
事前に立候補で決まっており、
学生たちのやる気に満ち溢れた姿は、
これからの留学生活への強い意気込みを感じさせてくれました。

また校長先生からのお祝いの言葉を、
真剣な眼差しで聞き入る姿も非常に頼もしく感じました。

これから、慣れない異国での暮らしや日本語学習など、

【April 2026 Term Entrance Ceremony! 🎓✨】
We held the Entrance Ceremony for our April 2026 term students here at Kyoto Language Academy.

The venue was filled with a bright and celebratory atmosphere, as students arrived looking sharp in their suits or beautifully dressed in their colorful traditional ethnic attire. It was truly a wonderful sight.

A highlight of the ceremony was the proactive spirit of our students. The representatives for the presentation of the Certificates of Admission and the Student Pledge were all chosen through a volunteer process beforehand. Their enthusiasm and motivation gave us a strong sense of their determination to succeed in their new lives in Japan.

We were also deeply impressed by the students' reliable presence as they listened intently and with focused eyes to the Principal’s congratulatory message.

Starting a new life in a foreign country and mastering the Japanese language can be overwhelming at times, and you may feel lost along the way. However, please hold onto the fresh, excited feelings you had today as we take each step forward together.

京都ランゲージアカデミーでは、経営担当役員 渡守 紘宜 による、
ビジネスの基本に関する特別セミナーを行いました。

世界中で仕事をしてきた経験を活かし、
日本や世界でビジネスをするためのルールや
"日本や日本語を使って、夢を叶えるためのステップ" について掘り下げました。

そして、セミナーで学生たちに投げかけられたのは、
「あなたの夢は何ですか？」という問い。

自分がなぜ日本に来たのか、
日本語を学んでどんな未来を掴み取りたいのか。
真剣に考えいる学生たちの様子がとても印象的でした。

異国の地での生活は、日々の暮らしや学習の悩みだけで精一杯になってしまいがちですよね。
しかし、そんな時こそ、日本での留学を決心した日の気持ちや
叶えたい夢を思い出してほしいと私たちは願っています。

【Business Etiquette & Career Seminar Held! 🎓】

Kyoto Language Academy recently held a special seminar on business basics, led by our Executive Officer.

Drawing from their extensive experience working across the globe, the executive delved into the essential rules of doing business in Japan and internationally, as well as the practical "steps to achieving your dreams using Japan and the Japanese language."

During the session, a powerful question was posed to the students: "What is your dream?"

It was truly moving to see the students reflecting deeply on their journey—thinking about why they chose to come to Japan and what kind of future they hope to build by mastering the language. ✨

Life in a foreign country can often feel overwhelming, with the daily struggles of language and living taking up all your energy. However, it is precisely in those moments that we hope our students remember the passion they felt the day they decided to study in Japan and the dreams they aim to achieve.

【校内進学フェアを開催しました🎓✨】

京都ランゲージアカデミーでは、
来年はついに初めての卒業生として旅立つ年となります。

その卒業後の進路をじっくりと考える機会として、
先日、校内8階にて「校内進学フェア」を開催いたしました！

今回は9校もの進学校（専門学校・大学）の担当者様にお越しいただき、
学校の特徴や学びの内容について直接お話しいただきました✨

学生たちはみんな真剣な面持ちで、
メモを取りながら前のめりになって話を聞く姿がとても印象的でした。

担当者様に熱心に質問をする、様子も見られましたよ。

自分たちの将来を真剣に見据え、
一歩踏み出そうとしている学生たちの姿を見ることができ、
私たち教職員も非常に嬉しく、胸が熱くなる思いです。

夢の実現に向けて、大切になるこの1年。
皆さんの希望が叶うよう、私たちも精一杯サポートしていきます！

【In-School Higher Education Fair Held! 🎓✨】

Next year, Kyoto Language Academy will reach a significant milestone: we will be sending off our very first graduating class!

To help our students thoughtfully prepare for their futures after graduation, we recently held an "In-School Higher Education Fair" on the 8th floor of our campus.

We were honored to welcome representatives from nine different vocational colleges and universities to speak with our students, offering detailed insights into their programs and academic opportunities. ✨

The dedication shown by our students was truly inspiring. They listened intently, taking diligent notes and leaning in with curiosity throughout the presentations. We were also pleased to see many students actively engaging with the representatives, asking insightful questions to clarify their paths forward.

Witnessing our students so deeply committed to their future paths fills us with immense pride and joy.
