こちらは会話（かいわ）のクラスです。
この日は「病院（びょういん）で医者（いしゃ）に症状（しょうじょう）を説明（せつめい）する」というテーマでした。

👨‍🏫「キリキリはどんな痛（いた）みですか？」
👧「えーと、おなかが痛いときですか？」
👨‍🏫「残念（ざんねん）！違（ちが）います」
👧「あ、頭（あたま）が痛（いた）いときですね！」
👨‍🏫「そうです！じゃ、ヒリヒリは？」
👧「やけど！」

学生たちはメモしながらいっしょうけんめい聞いていました。
そのあとは実際（じっさい）に医者（いしゃ）と患者（かんじゃ）にわかれてロールプレイをしました。

おなかを押（お）さえて腹痛（ふくつう）の様子（ようす）を表（あらわ）したり、ペンを体温計（たいおんけい）のようにしたり、みなさん、なかなかの演技派（えんぎは）でした！

もちろん、病気（びょうき）にはならないのがいちばんいいです。
でも、万一（まんいち）のときに備（そな）えて、しっかり会話能力（かいわのうりょく）を磨（みが）いてくださいね。

This is a conversation class.
The theme for this day was "Describing symptoms to a doctor at a hospital."

👨‍🏫 "What kind of pain 'キリキリ’?"
👧 "Um, when your stomach hurts?"
👨‍🏫 "No."
👧 "Ah, when your head hurts!"
👨‍🏫 "That's right! Then, what about 'ヒリヒリ’?"
👧 "A burn!"

The students listened intently, taking notes.
Afterward, they divided into doctor and patient roles and did a role-playing exercise.
Students were quite the actors, using their hands to pretend to have stomach aches and using pens as thermometers.

Of course, it's best not to get sick at all.
But, just in case, make sure you hone your conversational skills.

先日（せんじつ）は地域（ちいき）の清掃活動（せいそうかつどう）に参加（さんか）してきました。
学生たちは、ゴミ拾（ひろ）いをしたり、小学校（しょうがっこう）の溝（みぞ）掃除（そうじ）をしたりしました。
町内（ちょうない）の方々（かたがた）や大学生のボランティアさんたちもいっしょに活動（かつどう）しました。
掃除（そうじ）をしながら、日本人のみなさんとお話（はなし）する機会（きかい）もありました☺

掃除（そうじ）のあとは、町内（ちょうない）のイベントに参加（さんか）して、ミニゲームをしたり、出店（でみせ）でいろいろ食べたりしました。
ボランティアで販売（はんばい）の手伝（てつだ）いをした学生もいました。
いい経験（けいけん）になりましたね。

The other day, we participated in a community cleanup activity.
Our school students picked up trash in the town and cleaned the ditches at the elementary school.
Local residents and university student volunteers also participated.
Therefore, while cleaning, we were able to talk with Japanese people☺.

After the cleanup, we participated in a local event, playing mini-games and trying various foods from the stalls.
Some students even volunteered to help with sales.

Everyone seemed to have a great time!
It was a good experience.

今日は健康診断（けんこうしんだん）でした。

「身長（しんちょう）が1cm伸（の）びました！」☺
「体重（たいじゅう）が10kg減（へ）りました！」😳
「わたしは増（ふ）えた！」😭

みんな口々（くちぐち）に言いながら、検査（けんさ）を回（まわ）っていました。

お医者（いしゃ）さんと日本語で交流（こうりゅう）したことも、いい機会でした。
みなさん、お疲（つか）れ様（さま）でした。
これからも健康（けんこう）に気をつけて過（す）ごしましょう☺

Students were saying these things as they went around for their examinations.

It was a good opportunity to communicate with the doctor in Japanese.

新入生が私たちの学校に入学して、1か月半が経（た）ちました。
今日はスリランカの仲介会社（ちゅうかいがいしゃ）の方（かた）が、わざわざ私たちの学校を訪問（ほうもん）してくださいました。

「日本の生活はどうですか」
「アルバイトは見つかりましたか」
「まじめに勉強してください」
「漢字を覚（おぼ）えてください」

たくさんの励（はげ）ましの言葉（ことば）と、注意（ちゅうい）を学生たちに伝えてくださいました。
みなさん、まじめに聞いていました。
今日のお話をしっかり心（こころ）に刻（きざ）んで、明日からまたがんばりましょう。🌹✨

It's been a month and a half since the new student entered our school.
Today, a brokerage company in Sri Lanka came all the way to visit our school.

"How is life in Japan?"
"Did you find a part-time job?"
"Please study hard"
"Please remember kanji"

He told the students a lot of words of encouragement and precautions.
Students were listening seriously.

今日から4日間（よっかかん）、イスラム教（きょう）の大きなお祭り「Eid ul-Adha（イード アル アドハ）」です🌹
ムスリムの学生たちは、新しい服（ふく）を着（き）て来ました。キールという手作りのミルク粥（がゆ）をクラスメイトに配（くば）ってくれた学生もいました☺
みなさん留学してきて、家族と離（はな）れてさびしいこともあると思いますが、こんなふうにクラスメイトたちとお祝いできるのは嬉（うれ）しいことですね🥰💕
「Eid Mubarak!（祝祭おめでとう）」

For the next four days, it's Eid al-Adha, a major Islamic festival.🌹
Muslim students came dressed in new clothes.
Some students even shared homemade kir (milk porridge) with their classmates. ☺
Students has come to study abroad, so they may feel lonely being away from their families, but it's wonderful that they can celebrate like this with their classmates.🥰💕

N3語彙（ごい）のクラスでは、学生たちは積極的（せっきょくてき）に先生に質問（しつもん）していました。

👨‍🎓「“全体”と“全部”の違（ちが）いは何ですか」
🧑‍🏫「“全体”は大きな一つのまとまり、“全部”はその中の一つ一つに注目（ちゅうもく）します」
👨‍🎓「ああ、なるほど～」

🧑‍🏫「では、“以降”の意味（いみ）は何だと思いますか」
👩「“以上”と同じですか？」
🧑‍🏫「違います。たとえば、“5時以降に事務所へ来てください”と言います」
👩「ああ、“後で”と同じですね！」

学生たちは、発言しながらメモを取ったり、うなづいたりしていました。
難しい語彙の授業ですが、明るく勉強しているクラスなのでした❣️☺️

In the N3 vocabulary class, the students actively asked the teacher questions.

👨‍🎓「What is the difference between "ぜんたい" and "aぜんぶ"?」
🧑‍🏫「"ぜんたい" is a large group, and "ぜんぶ" focuses on each one of them!」
👨‍🎓「Oh, I see~.」

🧑‍🏫「So, what do you think "いこう" means?」
👩「Is it the same as "いじょう"?」
🧑‍🏫「No. For example, say, "Please come to the office after 5 o'clock."」
👩「Oh, it's the same as "あとで"!"」

Students took notes and nodded.

先月（せんげつ）日本へ来たばかりの学生たちですが、授業（じゅぎょう）で勉強した言葉（ことば）をじょうずに使って、先生と日本語で話（はな）しています。すばらしいですね☺️

In this class, students were studying verbs.

👩 "I went to a ramen shop with my boyfriend !"

Students who just came to Japan last month, but they were using the words they learned in class well and talking to the teacher in Japanese.
It's amazing!☺️

初級（しょきゅう）のクラスでは、毎日1時間、漢字を勉強します。
今まで漢字を見たことがない学生にとって、漢字を覚（おぼ）えるのは大変（たいへん）です。そして、中国のように漢字を使う国の学生にとっても、日本の漢字は読み方がいろいろあって、覚えるのはなかなか大変なのです。
このクラスでは、先生の説明（せつめい）を聞きながら、まずは書きとりの練習（れんしゅう）、それからその漢字を使った言葉（ことば）を自分で調（しら）べて発表（はっぴょう）していました。
みなさん、漢字マスターを目指（めざ）して、がんばりましょう！😎

In the beginner class, we study kanji for 1 hour every day.
For students who have never seen kanji before, it is difficult to memorize kanji.
And even for students in countries that use kanji like China, Japanese kanji is read in various ways, and it is quite difficult to memorize.
In this class, while listening to the teacher's explanation, students first practiced writing, and then they researched and presented the words using the kanji.

難しい文法（ぶんぽう）を勉強していますね。

新入生のクラスが始（はじ）まって、1か月（いっかげつ）経（た）ちました。
きょう、ある初級（しょきゅう）のクラスでは、期間（きかん）の言い方を勉強しました。

🧑‍🎓「みじかいです！　もっと休みたいです」

冗談（じょうだん）を言いながらも、学生たちは一生懸命（いっしょうけんめい）メモをとっていました。

おなじ「6」でも、6日（むいか）、6週間（ろくしゅうかん）、6か月（ろっかげつ）など…日本語は数字（すうじ）の読み方がいろいろ変わりますから、大変（たいへん）です。
みなさん、ノートを何回も見て、しっかり覚（おぼ）えてくださいね😎
