Nariko's Kitchen Japanese Cooking Class in Kyoto

It's sakura season now in Kyoto. I went to Miidera, one of the lesser known spots for some nice cherry blossom viewing. This temple is very close to Lake Biwa, so if you get to the right spot, you can get a view of sakura, the temple, and the lake all at once.

I suddenly decided to go to Okinawa and planned everything in one day. Bought flight tickets and booked a hotel. Also booked two cooking classes. I'll post about cooking classes another time. Everything was so fast and I'm already back to Kyoto starting the class today. I don't know why I didn't visit Okinawa until now. It's a wonderful place and no wonder why many people consider moving there. I'll definitely visit Okinawa again! Next time maybe another island, too🏝️

I went to the new TeamLab installation in Kyoto. If you want something else to do in Kyoto after my cooking experience, this is pretty fun! Book ahead, though, they don't offer tickets at the door right now.
