本日（ほんじつ）6月5日、2025年4月生の入学式をおこないました✨
ネパール、スリランカ、ミャンマー、中国、ベトナムから
174名（めい）の学生（がくせい）たちが、新（あたら）しい一歩（いっぽ）をふみ出しました🌏✈️

不安（ふあん）や期待（きたい）など、いろいろな気持（きも）ちをもって
日本（にほん）への留学（りゅうがく）という大（おお）きなチャレンジをえらんだ
みなさんを、心（こころ）からお祝い（いわ）いし、応援（おうえん）します📣💐

これからの2年間（ねんかん）、SCG日本語学校（にほんごがっこう）での毎日（まいにち）が
たくさんの思い出（おもいで）と笑顔（えがお）であふれる
すてきな時間（じかん）になりますように🌈📘✨

🎓 Entrance Ceremony for April 2025 Students 🌸

Today, we held the entrance ceremony for our April 2025 students✨
A total of 188 students from Nepal, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, China, and Vietnam
have taken their first steps on a new journey in Japan🌏✈️

With a mix of anxiety and excitement in their hearts,
they chose the big challenge of studying abroad in Japan.
We warmly congratulate and wholeheartedly support each and every one of them📣💐

We hope that the next two years at our Japanese language school
will be filled with wonderful memories and lots of smiles🌈📘✨

🇧🇩バングラデシュ訪問（ほうもん）のご報告（ほうこく）🇧🇩

このたび、はじめてバングラデシュを訪問（ほうもん）してきました✈️

文化（ぶんか）のちがいにおどろく場面（ばめん）もありましたが、
それ以上に、人々（ひとびと）の温（あたた）かく親切（しんせつ）な人柄（ひとがら）に
たくさんふれることができ、心（こころ）がほっこりする毎日（まいにち）でした☺️

学校訪問（がっこうほうもん）では、実際（じっさい）の授業（じゅぎょう）や
学生（がくせい）たちの熱心（ねっしん）な学びの様子（ようす）を見ることができ、
とても有意義（ゆういぎ）な時間（じかん）となりました📚✨

また、首都（しゅと）ダッカだけでなく、ボグラやクシュティアなど、
さまざまなエリアを訪問（ほうもん）することで、
バングラデシュという国（くに）の魅力（みりょく）をより深（ふか）く知（し）ることができました🌏💫

2026年に、今回出会（であ）った学生（がくせい）たちと
日本（にほん）で再会（さいかい）できる日（ひ）を心待（こころま）ちにしています🇯🇵✨

🇧🇩 Report on Our Visit to Bangladesh 🇧🇩
We recently had the opportunity to visit Bangladesh for the very first time✈️

While there were moments when we were surprised by cultural differences,
we were deeply touched by the warm and kind-hearted nature of the Bangladeshi people.
Each day brought heartwarming encounters that left a lasting impression☺️

During our school visits, we were able to observe real classes and see how passionately the students are learning.
It was a truly meaningful and insightful experience📚✨

In addition to visiting the capital city Dhaka, we also traveled to areas such as Bogura and Kushtia,
which gave us the chance to discover the diverse beauty and depth of Bangladesh as a country🌏💫

We look forward to reuniting with the students we met during this visit when they come to Japan in 2026🇯🇵✨

We sincerely thank all the schools and education agents who welcomed us during our stay.🙏

🌸2025/03/06　卒業式（そつぎょうしき）🌸

まだ少し肌寒い3月上旬（じょうじゅん）、
2022年に入学した学生たちの卒業式が行われました🎓
卒業式では校長の木村先生からのあいさつから始まり、
卒業証書（そつぎょうしょうしょ）の授与（じゅよ）や
卒業生（そつぎょうせい）による答辞（とうじ）、
皆勤賞（かいきんしょう）の表彰（ひょうしょう）が行（おこな）われました🏆

式の後はそれぞれの教室（きょうしつ）へ戻（もど）り、
一人一人へ卒業証書と記念品（きねんひん）が
贈（おく）られました💐
教室では、クラス授業（じゅぎょう）の先生方との
最後の時間を楽しむ様子（ようす）が見られました。
同じ時間をすごしたクラスメイト達と、最後に寄せ書き（よせがき）を行（おこな）い、
立食（りっしょく）パーティーへ移動（いどう）しました🥂

楽しかったこと、大変だったこと、嬉（うれ）しかったこと、悔（くや）しかったこと
様々（さまざま）な思い出が詰（つ）まった2年間/1年半だったのではないでしょうか。
SCG日本語学校で過（す）ごした日々がみなさんにとっての
思い出の1ページに加（くわ）わっていると嬉しいです。
これからもみなさんの活躍（かつやく）を祈（いの）っています！🍀

🌸2025/03/06 Graduation Ceremony🌸

In the still slightly chilly early March, we held the graduation ceremony for our students who enrolled in 2022🎓
The ceremony began with an address from Principal Kimura-sensei, followed by the presentation of diplomas, valedictorian speeches, and perfect attendance awards🏆

After the ceremony, students returned to their respective classrooms where each graduate received their diploma and commemorative gifts💐
In the classrooms, everyone enjoyed their final moments with their classroom teachers.
Students wrote messages on each other's keepsake boards and then moved on to the standing reception🥂

We hope these past two years/one and a half years have been filled with various memories - fun times, challenging moments, joyful experiences, and even some frustrations.
We would be delighted if the days spent at SCG Japanese Language School become a treasured page in your book of memories.

We wish all of our graduates continued success in their future endeavors!🍀

💐2025/02/06 スピーチ大会💐

少し期間（きかん）が開いてしまいましたが、
2/6に全校スピーチ大会が行（おこな）われました！🗣
午前の部・午後の部に分かれて、各クラスの代表2名が発表しました。
スピーチのテーマは「将来の夢」と「私の国と日本との違いについて」

これまで学んだ日本語を使い、たくさん練習（れんしゅう）して
スピーチに挑戦（ちょうせん）した皆さんの
一生懸命（いっしょうけんめい）な姿（すがた）はとてもかっこよくて、
感動（かんどう）しました！✨
また、素晴（すば）らしいスピーチを行った学生には、素敵（すてき）な
プレゼントや賞金（しょうきん）が送られました🎁

この1か月は、代表に選ばれなかった学生たちも、スピーチのために
それぞれの夢や母国（ぼこく）について原稿（げんこう）を何度（なんど）も
書き直しながら準備（じゅんび）し、練習（れんしゅう）していました！
入学したときよりも日本語が上手になり、皆さんの成長を感じました✨

💐 2025/02/06 Speech Contest 💐

It’s been a little while, but on February 6th, we held our all-school speech contest! 🗣
The event was divided into a morning and an afternoon session, with two representatives from each class delivering their speeches.
The themes were "My Future Dream" and "Differences Between My Country and Japan."

Using the Japanese they have learned so far, all participants practiced diligently and took on the challenge of delivering their speeches.
Their passionate efforts were truly impressive and inspiring! ✨
Additionally, students who gave outstanding speeches received wonderful prizes and cash awards. 🎁

Over the past month, even those who were not selected as representatives worked hard on their speeches—rewriting their drafts multiple times, preparing, and practicing.
Everyone’s Japanese skills have improved since they first enrolled, and we could really see their growth! ✨

📚進路説明会📚

1月28日（火）に、1年生を対象（たいしょう）とした進路説明会（しんろせつめいかい）に参加しました！
午前・午後のグループに分かれ、京都や大阪、兵庫にある大学や専門学校（せんもんがっこう）の説明を聞いてきました。
学生はそれぞれ興味・関心（きょうみ・かんしん）のある学校の説明を聞き、将来の目標が少しクリアになった様子でした🚩
大学・専門学校進学に向けて、日本語の勉強も引き続きしっかりと頑張りましょう…！

📚Career Guidance Session📚

On Tuesday, January 28th, we participated in a career guidance session for first-year students!
The students were divided into morning and afternoon groups and listened to explanations from universities and vocational schools in Kyoto, Osaka, and Hyogo.
Each student attended sessions for schools they were interested in, and it seemed to help them clarify their future goals.🚩
Let’s continue working hard on Japanese studies in preparation for university and vocational school admissions!

🖌新春 書き初め大会🖌

新年あけましておめでとうございます🎍🌅
本年も、SCG日本語学校をどうぞよろしくお願いいたします✨

2025年最初の授業は、みんなで書き初め（かきぞめ）をしました！
書き初めは、新年の抱負（ほうふ）や目標（もくひょう）を筆（ふで）で書く行事（ぎょうじ）です。

それぞれ好きな言葉や漢字を選び、何度も練習して、半紙（はんし：書き初めのためのとくべつな紙）に丁寧（ていねい）に書きました。
楽しみながら、ときどき真剣（しんけん）な表情（ひょうじょう）で書き初めする皆さんの姿がとても印象的（いんしょうてき）でした💮

2025年もすてきな1年になるよう、2年目もみんなで頑張りましょうね…！

🖌New Year Calligraphy Event🖌

Thank you for your continued support of SCG Japanese School this year as well. ✨

For the first class of 2025, we held a kakizome (New Year’s calligraphy event) together!
Kakizome is a traditional event where people write their New Year’s resolutions or goals with a brush.

Each participant chose their favorite words or kanji, practiced repeatedly, and carefully wrote them on hanshi (special paper for calligraphy).
It was truly impressive to see everyone enjoying themselves while occasionally showing serious expressions as they worked on their kakizome. 💮

Let’s work hard together in our second year to make 2025 another wonderful year!

🎍お正月に向けた年賀状（ねんがじょう）作成🎍

先日の授業で、お正月の年賀状（新年のあいさつのはがき）を作成しました！
年賀状には、干支（えと）のイラストや、家族の写真、
感謝のメッセージなどを添えて送ることが多いです。

学生たちも、来年の干支であるヘビ🐍や思い思いのイラスト、
家族や親友へのメッセージを丁寧に描いていました。
学生の皆さんの気持ちがこもった、どれも素敵な作品ですね✨

🎍 Creating New Year’s Greeting Cards in Preparation for Oshogatsu 🎍

In a recent class, our students worked on making Nengajo—New Year’s greeting postcards traditionally sent to friends and family in Japan!

Nengajo typically feature illustrations of the zodiac animal for the coming year, family photos, or heartfelt messages of gratitude.

This year, students carefully designed their cards with illustrations of the 2025 zodiac animal, the Snake 🐍, as well as personal drawings and thoughtful messages for their families and best friends. Each card beautifully reflected their unique feelings and creativity.

👮避難訓練・京都府警本部の訪問＆自転車マナー講習会👮‍♂️

12/17～19にかけて、防災・防犯意識の向上のための避難訓練と
京都府警本部訪問、そして自転車マナー講習会を行いました！

避難訓練では、地震が起きたことを想定し、
学校から徒歩10分の京都御所まで避難しました。

そのあと、京都警察署本部にて、
交通安全や警察署の仕事について学びました。
白バイ体験や、サイクルシミュレーター等で、
楽しみながら交通ルール・マナーの大切さを理解することが出来ました。

19日は警察署の方をお招きし、
自転車のマナーについての講習会を行いました。
SCG日本語学校では自転車で登校する学生も多いため、
改めて自転車マナーを知ることが安全意識の高まりに繋がったと思います。

👮Evacuation Drill, Visit to Kyoto Prefectural Police Headquarters, and Bicycle Etiquette Workshop👮

From December 17th to 19th, we conducted an evacuation drill, a visit to the Kyoto Prefectural Police Headquarters, and a bicycle etiquette workshop to enhance disaster preparedness and crime prevention awareness!

During the evacuation drill, students practiced responding to an earthquake scenario by evacuating to the Kyoto Imperial Palace, located a 10-minute walk from the school.

Afterwards, at the Kyoto Police Headquarters, they learned about traffic safety and the role of the police.
Students had the opportunity to experience riding a police motorcycle and using a cycling simulator, gaining a deeper understanding of the importance of traffic rules and etiquette in an enjoyable way.

On the 19th, we hosted police officers at our school for a workshop on bicycle etiquette.
As many SCG Japanese Language School students commute by bicycle, this workshop was a great opportunity to refresh their knowledge about proper cycling manners, contributing to increased safety awareness.

🍂2024年度 10月生の入学式を行いました🍂

11月26日に、10月生の入学式を行いました。

ネパールから10名、中国から5名、台湾から1名、スリランカから1名、ミャンマー1名の、合計18名で10月コースがスタートしています🙌
入学式は校長の木村先生、杉山部長からのお祝いの言葉のほか
各国の代表生徒によるスピーチも行われました。

少人数のコースですが、10月生の皆様が無事に日本へ来れたこと
そして全員そろって入学が叶ったことを心よりお祝い申し上げます💐

これから1年半、SCGで学びを深めていきましょう…！📚

🍂2024 October Intake Entrance Ceremony Held 🍂

On November 26th, we held the entrance ceremony for the October intake.
This term welcomes a total of 18 students: 10 from Nepal, 5 from China, 1 from Taiwan, 1 from Sri Lanka, and 1 from Myanmar. 🙌

During the ceremony, Principal Kimura-sensei and Department Head Sugiyama-san delivered congratulatory speeches. Additionally, representative students from each country gave heartfelt addresses.

Though the October course has a small number of students, we are overjoyed that everyone successfully arrived in Japan and was able to enroll together. 💐

Let’s embark on this 1.5-year journey of learning and growth at SCG!📚
