９月のRSCでは、個人の力とグループのサポートで、その自分のあらゆる部分を見つけるワークをやっていきたいと思います。そのあとは、アメリカにいるゲストファシリテーターのヒーラーのAprilは、私たちのハイヤーセルフ（または、ザー・ワイズ・セルフ）と繋がるメーディテーションを指導してくれます。ハイヤーセルフは自分の「魂」と考えられています。自分の魂に繋がることで、私たちの奥にある無限の愛と知恵に触れ合うことができるでしょう。

今年Happy Kidz Yogiは何故活動してないのは、４月に妊娠しているのがわかったからです。初めてなので、妊娠中はどのくらい体を動かせるのがわからなかったので、今年はお休みにしました。来年、復帰できたらいいなと思ってます！７月に撮ってもらったマタニティフォトを少しシェアします〜^^
