Update: some are saying the main typhoon has passed. Still please be careful. Areas between Nagoya and Tokyo are still getting hit by heavy rain, more rain than was expected... many local trains are delayed and many are suspended for the day including the bullet train from Nagoya to Tokyo... A number of subways are underwater so check local info before heading out... This is the latest info as of 8:30pm (jt)
