The first batch, 8 participants, will be invited to Hiroshima in May to June, 2014. For the second and third batch, 11 participants each, are open to public while the first batch is only for members of Moro Islamic Liberation Front (M**F) who will lead Transition in 2015.

This project, funded by JICA, is implemented by Hiroshima University with Hiroshima Prefectural Government. Training participants, the youth from Bagnsamoro areas and educated equivalent to college graduation, will be selected from the Bangsamoro Area, the southern Philippines. Thirty Bansamoro youth will be invited to Hiroshima and 66 participants will be invite to the Selection seminars in Mindanao (including those who are invited to Hiroshima) until March 2016.
