あなたの骨盤底筋、緩んでませんか？

骨盤底筋群は、ヒトにとって排泄や性機能のコントロール、体幹機能にまで関わるとても大事な組織です。
ですが、骨盤底筋群について知らない人が多く、緩みに気がついていない女性がほとんど。

しかし、加齢や出産・閉経などによって骨盤底筋は衰えていき、やがて尿失禁・排便障害・骨盤臓器脱などの様々な症状を引き起こす原因となります。

今年全国で実施した出産経験対象のアンケートでは、91％が腰痛・尿もれ・性機能障害の悩みがあると回答しました。

骨盤底筋トレーニングでの膣ケア・膣トレを推奨する全ての女性に推奨する産婦人科医から、まずは骨盤底筋群の緩みをセルフチェックする方法と解説を行います。

We had an amazing time at the park today with Teacher Jason. It's so important to provide children with dedicated playtime in the outdoors, where they can freely explore and have fun!

🕒 We allocate 30 to 45 minutes of park time during our sessions, allowing the kids to engage in independent play. This not only helps develop their physical health but also nurtures their intellectual and emotional well-being.

🌈 Watching the children run, jump, and explore the playground equipment brought smiles to our faces. They were truly in their element, learning, and growing through play.

👨‍🏫 Teacher Jason's guidance and supervision ensured a safe and enjoyable experience for all. His commitment to creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for the kids is commendable.
