The 9th hearing of the Lawsuit to End Racially Discriminatory Police Questioning is coming up on Tuesday , March the 12th, at 2:00 PM🕊️
This time, the plaintiffs will refute the documents previously submitted by the defendant, and will also assert and prove the damage caused by racist police questioning.
Following the hearing, we will hold our usual debriefing session, which includes a breakdown of key arguments by the legal team, and a Q&A session!

「人種差別的な職務質問をやめさせよう！訴訟」の第9回期日は、3/12(木) 14:00開廷！今回の期日では、原告側が、前回被告から出された書面に反論を行うとともに、人種差別的な職務質問によって生じる被害について主張・立証を行います。
また、傍聴後には恒例の期日報告会も開催。弁護団による詳しい解説や質疑応答タイムなどを予定しています。
