YUNGA Japanへようこそ！

The Youth and United Nations Global Alliance (YUNGA) was formed in 2009. It is a partnership between United Nations agencies and civil society organizations that work with children and young people. YUNGA Japan is an initiative brought by the Awaji Youth Federation (AYF)

YUNGAとは「青年と国連の国際同盟」の略称で、国連食糧農業機関（FAO）傘下の組織です。2009年に結成されたYUNGAは世界の約25か国で支部を設立しました。その中でYUNGA Japanは日本の初支部です。現在私たちは拠点の淡路島で様々な市民団体と協力しながら青少年と若者向けの活動を実施しています。

The world has become more intertwined and borderless, and what happens here will affect other parts of the world today and in the future. The issues we face, such as environmental issues, climate change and loss of biodiversity cannot be solved by one single person. To facilitate action, YUNGA Japan aims to make positive impacts in communities. We want to do this by connecting and inspiring Japanese youths to address the current issues faced by this generation.

世の中に起きる物事は徐々にお互いに関係性を持ち、影響を与え合うようになりました。つまり、今日ここで起こったことが将来異なる場所に影響を及ぼすことができます。環境問題、気候変動や生物多様性の損失など私たちが直面している様々な問題は個々の力だけでは解決できません。積極的に変化をもたらすために、YUNGA Japanはこれらの問題に対する人々の意識を高めることを目指します。日本人の若者を集め、問題の深刻性に気づかせながら問題改善・解決のための知識共有の場を設けようと志しています。
