【AISS 15th graduation ceremony】

母校である兵庫県立芦屋国際中等教育学校の第15回卒業式に来賓として出席させていただきました。
感染症対策も一部緩和され、お互いの顔を直接見合せて感情をやり取りできる環境の中、卒業生の新たな門出をみなでお祝いする素敵な時間でした。
15期生のみなさん、ご卒業おめでとうございます！

個人的には、懐かしの学び舎で同じ時間を過ごした大切な後輩が、年次団の一員としてまた次の世代の素敵な後輩を送り出す姿に、例年に増しての感動がありました。

Attended the 15th graduation ceremony of my alma mater, Hyogo Prefectural Ashiya International Secondary School, as a school councillor and on behalf of the Alumni Association.

【第15期生同窓会入会式・卒業記念品等贈呈式が挙行されました🎉】

こんばんは。副会長のカジヤマです。
本日2/27、母校体育館にて記念品等贈呈式ならびに同窓会入会式が執り行われました😊

同窓会からは副会長の梶山が出席させていただき、母校を明日巣立つ15期生のみなさんに記念品の贈呈をさせていただきました。
また、同窓生になる歓迎セレモニーとして同窓会入会式の際に、歓迎のご挨拶をさせていただきました。

新型コロナが世界的に流行してはや３年。学校生活にも多大な影響をもたらし、たくさんの苦労を余儀なくされたと思います。当たり前が当たり前でなくなってしまったこの数年間、たくさんの工夫を凝らして学校生活を送り、卒業を迎えられたみなさんに敬意を表するとともに、同窓生として新たな仲間を迎え入れられることを嬉しく思います。

新型コロナだけでなく、国際情勢の緊張、環境問題への対策など複雑で変化の著しい国際社会において、言語や文化をはじめ背景の異なる仲間と共生する中で互いの違いを理解・尊重し、地球規模での多文化共生社会の実現に向けて歩みを進める力を身につけた本校卒業生の役割は極めて重要であると確信しています。

挨拶の場面でもお話しさせていただきましたが、この素敵な学舎で、素敵な効果を歌い、素敵な仲間たちと過ごせるのも明日が最後です。明日の卒業式が素敵な式典になることと、母校を巣立つみなさんの未来に、幸多かれと心よりお祈り申し上げます😊

【The 20th AISS Cultural Festival】

President KOBA participated in the 20th AISS Cultural Festival last Friday and Saturday because our alma mater invited him as a guest on behalf of the Alumni Association.

Students' activities and work impressed all visitors.

This year marks the 20th anniversary since Hyogo Prefectural Ashiya International Secondary School was founded. The Student Council made various efforts to celebrate the 20th anniversary on this occasion.

The Alumni Association will continue contributing to our beloved alma mater and do our best to make an anniversary event marvellous and unforgettable.

【AISS 14th graduation ceremony】

母校である兵庫県立芦屋国際中等教育学校の第１４回卒業式に来賓として、会長が同窓会を代表して出席いたしました。
感染防止対策のため式典の一部に制限や省略はあったものの、出席者や関係者の気持ちに変わるところはなく、卒業生の新たな門出をみなでお祝いする素敵な時間でした。
１４期生のみなさん、ご卒業おめでとうございます！

On behalf of the Alumni Association and as a school councillor, the President attended the 14th graduation ceremony of Hyogo Prefectural Ashiya International Secondary School.
Due to the prevention of the spread of COVID-19, the number of participants was limited, and the ceremony was simplified.
However, our feelings for the graduates were not limited or simplified. It was a wonderful ceremony as always.
The President's congratulatory message to graduates was displayed in the school.

【兵庫県立芦屋国際中等教育学校創立２０周年記念事業実行委員会】

母校が創立２０周年を迎えるにあたり、学校・ＰＴＡ・生徒会・同窓会の代表者から構成される創立２０周年記念事業実行委員会が設立され、会議において委員各位から推挙いただき同窓会長として実行委員会の委員長を拝命することとなりました。

昨日の第１回会議では、本年１０月２９日（土）に開催予定の記念式典・行事・懇親会や、記念誌の発行をはじめとする記念事業の実施について検討が行われました。詳細は追ってご報告いたします。

母校を同じくする存在である在校生や同窓生のみならず、現旧の教職員や保護者、そして母校に縁のある全ての関係者にとって意義のある周年事業にしたいと考えています。

「違いを豊かさに」を旨として、様々な意見や立場を互いに尊重して丁寧に議論を重ね、実行委員会の運営に当たる決意です。

【New Year Greetings to All AISS Graduates&Friends】

本年も何卒よろしくお願いいたします。

2022年は母校である兵庫県立芦屋国際中等教育学校が創立20周年を迎える年です。本年10月29日（土）には、母校にて創立20周年記念式典が開催されます。

状況の許す限り記念懇親会も開催すべく準備を進めていますので、同窓生の皆さんにおかれましては、周りの仲間にも広くお声がけの上でぜひともご参加いただけたら嬉しいです！
（元日の神戸新聞朝刊別刷に新年の挨拶を出稿しました。）

現在、学校（生徒・教職員）・PTA・同窓会を中心として創立20周年記念事業実行委員会の設立に向けて協議や調整が進んでいます。

歴代の校長先生、教育次長や課長経験者をはじめとする兵庫県教育委員会関係者の方にもご意見を伺いながら、母校が全国初・兵庫県唯一の公立国際中等教育学校（多文化共生を設置目的に謳うものとしては現在もなお全国唯一）として設置された意義について改めて考え記録を残す機会にもすべく準備を進めています。

そして何より、準備過程において同窓生の意見が反映されること、記念事業の原資となる同窓会費を適切に使用することについて、同窓生を代表してお預かりしている責任をしっかり果たしていきたいと思います。引き続き、同窓生の皆さんの声をお聞かせください。

この1年も、多文化共生や多様性、包摂といった我々が母校で学んできた諸価値について議論と実践を続けていきたいと思います。

国境を越えて世界的に大変な状況が続きますが、全ての皆さんにとって2022年も健やかで豊かな年となりますよう心よりお祈りいたします。

Dear All AISS Graduates&Friends,

I wish you a happy new year.
May 2022 be a wonderful and fruitful year for all.

This year is significant for all graduates of AISS. 2022 marks the 20th anniversary of the founding of Hyogo Prefectural Ashiya International Secondary School.

The 20th-anniversary celebration ceremony and reception are scheduled to hold, if circumstances permit, on 29 October 2022. More information will be available as soon as possible, so please participate!

The arrangements for the 20th-anniversary projects is in progress. Representatives from the school, the PTA and the Alumni Association discuss and negotiate various matters, and we agreed to establish the executive committee soon.

In the committee's operation, we must cooperate with the Student Council and make decisions with current students.

Our old school is Japan's first public international secondary school and the only public secondary school in Hyogo prefecture. As a school that intercultural cohesion (tabunka kyosei) is in its purpose of establishment, it is still the only public international secondary school in Japan.

The 20th anniversary is an excellent opportunity to discuss and record the reason and meaning of establishing AISS and its impact on intercultural cohesion education in Hyogo and Japan. We carry on the preparation for it.

The Alumni Association, along with the PTA, will have to play a leading role in the executive committee, particularly financially and materially, so my mission as the President of the Alumni Association is to make graduates' voices reflected in the operation of the committee.

Would you mind letting me know your voice? I'll work hard to make your voice heard in the 20th-anniversary projects.

I recognize the importance of values such as intercultural cohesion, diversity and inclusion which we learned at our alma mater.
I'll continue to try to put these values into practice and get more understanding of them.

We must remember that many people are still in difficult situations beyond the border. We need solidarity and inclusion to solve the problems we are facing now.

【年末年始のご挨拶：２０２２年母校創立２０周年に向けて】

同窓会員のみなさまへ

いつも同窓会の活動と運営に対し、ご理解とご協力を頂き本当にありがとうございます。
いよいよ２０２１年に別れを告げ、２０２２年という新たな年を迎えようとしています。この１年も世界では大変な状況が継続し、私たちは数多の困難や試練に直面してきました。
同窓会の活動も例外ではありませんでしたが、みなさまのご協力により、活動を継続することができました。改めて、心より御礼を申し上げます。

さて、来年はいよいよ母校である兵庫県立芦屋国際中等教育学校が創立２０周年という節目を迎えます。
２０２２年１０月２９日（土）に創立２０周年記念式典を開催すべく、現在母校の生徒及び教職員、ＰＴＡ並びに関係各位と議論を重ねております。
懇親会も含めて、母校に縁のある全ての方々にとって参加して楽しく、そして意義のある機会にすべく準備を進めております。
後日、同窓会事務局より案内をお送りしますので、ぜひ多くのみなさまにご参加いただけたら嬉しく思います。

また、新年２０２２年１月１日（土）の神戸新聞朝刊別刷に掲載される「兵庫県学校同窓会新春のご挨拶」に協賛出稿しております。新年の挨拶と共に式典実施の案内を周知することを目的としておりますので、ぜひ周りの方々にお知らせし、情報の共有や周知にご協力いただけましたら幸いです。

【学校評議員への就任について】
今年度から、兵庫県立芦屋国際中等教育学校学校評議員を務めることになりました。学校評議員は、学校運営に参画し、校長の求めに応じて学校運営に関して意見を述べる役職であり、責任ある立場を新たにお預かりすることとなりました。学校評議員として、そして同窓会長として、母校のために全力を尽くす覚悟です。

今年度第２回目の学校評議員会は、今月中に開催される予定です。会合では、校長、教職員及び在校生のみなさんから学校の現状について説明を伺い、評議員は個々に責任ある判断により自身の意見を述べることになります。

芦屋国際の卒業生として、現在はEU法・法と言語といった分野の研究に従事する者として、多様性や多文化共生、持続可能性や包摂、そして正義や公正といった価値が重要であると考えています。こうした価値に基づき、意見を述べていく所存です。

そして何より、卒業生や同窓会員を代表する立場として、みなさんの多様な考えや想いを意見に反映させることが必須であると考えています。ぜひ、みなさんの声をお聞かせください。みなさんの声が母校に届くよう、あらゆる努力をしていきます。

【Appointed as the school councillor of AISS】
I have been appointed the school councillor of Hyogo Prefectural Ashiya International Secondary School since this school year. This is a new mandate for me to participate in school management and express my opinion on questions posed by the principal. I'll do my best for our old school as the school councillor and the Alumni Association president.

The 2nd school councillors meeting of the year is scheduled to take place this month. The councillors will receive reports on the school's current situation from the principal, staff and students, and each councillor will express an opinion on various questions on their own responsibility.

I recognize the importance of values such as diversity and intercultural cohesion, sustainability and inclusion, and justice and fairness as an AISS graduate and a researcher on EU Law/the Language and Law. My opinions are always based on that.

And, above all, on behalf of graduates and alumni association members, my opinions must reflect your diverse opinions. Would you mind letting me know your voice? I'll make every effort to have your voice heard in our alma mater.

【母校第１３回卒業式】
　本日、兵庫県立芦屋国際中等教育学校第１３回卒業式が挙行されました。１３期生のみなさん、ご卒業おめでとうございます。
　例年、同窓会を代表して来賓として式へのご招待を頂いていますが、今回は新型コロナウィルス感染症拡大防止の観点から出席を控え、祝電をもって１３期生のみなさんにお祝いのメッセージをお贈りしました。

　また、卒業式の前日には例年のとおり同窓会入会式を開催し、新規入会者（１３期卒業生）及び本会代表者（梶山副会長）が一堂に会して新たな会員の入会を歓迎しました。
　同窓会入会式に続いて、記念品贈呈式及び皆勤賞等表彰式が開催されました。同窓会を代表して梶山副会長が出席し、同窓会からも卒業記念品をお贈りする共に、皆勤賞等の受賞者をお祝いしました。

　最後になりますが、今回の卒業により７５名の新たな仲間を同窓会にお迎えすることになります。これからは同窓会活動を通して、同じくこの芦屋国際中等教育学校を母校にする者同士、卒業期を越えた活動や交流ができれば嬉しく思います。
