今日は「警察署」について学びました👮‍♂️

警察官のお仕事や、困っている人を助ける大切な役割について学んだ後は、
オリジナルの警察官バッジを作りました✨

バッジをつけた子どもたちは、すっかり警察官気分。
迷子のお友達を案内したり、泥棒を見つけて警察署へ連れて行ったりと、
ごっこ遊びを通して楽しく学びを深めました。

Today we learned about the police station and the important role police officers play in helping people 👮‍♂️

The children made their own police badges and proudly became little police officers for the day.

Through role-play, they helped lost children find their way and escorted “thieves” to the police station, enjoying imaginative play while learning about community helpers.

今月のテーマは「方向と場所」です。

今日は “in” “on” “under” を学びました。
実際に物を置いたり動かしたりしながら、楽しみながら英語に触れています。

あいにくの雨でしたが、ホールでは跳び箱を使って元気いっぱい体を動かしました。
ジャンプしたり登ったりしながら、運動遊びも満喫✨

言葉の学びと身体を動かす活動を組み合わせながら、
楽しく充実した一日となりました😊

This month’s theme is “Directions and Locations.”

Today, the children learned the position words “in,” “on,” and “under.”
They explored these concepts through hands-on activities, making learning both fun and meaningful.

Since it was raining, we spent time in the hall enjoying physical activities with vaulting boxes.
The children climbed, jumped, and moved their bodies with lots of energy and excitement.

A wonderful day of combining language learning with active play ✨

今週は「メキシコ・中国・オランダ」についても学びました🌍

それぞれの国の文化や特徴に触れながら、
世界にはさまざまな暮らしや言葉があることを楽しみながら学んでいます。

そして今月のテーマ「世界の文化」は本日で最終日。
クラスの飛行機に乗って、世界へ観光に出かけるごっこ遊びも楽しみました✈️

子どもたちはパスポートを持って、
「次はどこの国かな？」とワクワクしながら世界旅行気分を味わっていました✨

This week, the children also learned about Mexico, China, and the Netherlands 🌍

They explored different cultures, traditions, and lifestyles from around the world in a fun and engaging way.

Today was also the final day of this month’s theme, “World Cultures.”
To celebrate, the children boarded our classroom airplane and pretended to travel the world ✈️

With passports in hand, they excitedly imagined visiting different countries and discovering new places together.

今日は World Culture Day でした🌍

子どもたちはそれぞれ色々な国のコスチュームを着て登園。
ホールでは、フラダンスを踊ったり、中国語の「きらきら星」やスペイン語の「Happy Birthday」を学んだり、フィリピンの絵本や踊りも楽しみました。

さまざまな言葉や音楽、文化に触れながら、
「世界にはいろいろな国があるんだね」と感じられる特別な一日となりました✨

Today was our World Culture Day 🌍

The children came to school wearing costumes from different countries around the world.

In the hall, they enjoyed hula dancing,
learned “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star” in Chinese and “Happy Birthday” in Spanish,
and experienced Filipino stories and dances.

It was a very special day filled with music, language, and cultural experiences from around the world ✨

今月のクッキングでは、フィリピンのお菓子 “Turon” を作りました🇵🇭

バナナの皮をむいて半分に切り、
お砂糖をまぶして春巻きの皮で包み、こんがり焼いて完成🍌

子どもたちは皮で包む作業もとても上手で、
一つひとつ丁寧に作っていました。

温かいバナナは初めてのお友達もいましたが、
みんなで「おいしいね」と楽しく味わいました✨

世界の食文化に触れる、特別なクッキング体験となりました。

This month’s cooking activity featured Turon, a popular Filipino snack 🇵🇭

The children peeled bananas, cut them in half, coated them with sugar,
wrapped them in spring roll wrappers, and baked them until golden. 🍌

Everyone did a wonderful job wrapping the filling carefully by themselves.

For many children, warm bananas were a brand-new experience,
but they happily enjoyed tasting their homemade treats together ✨

A special cooking experience exploring food from around the world.

今週は韓国とアメリカについて学びました🌎

韓国では、建物が日本と似ていることに気づいたり、
国旗に込められた意味について学びました🇰🇷

アメリカでは、タクシーの色の違いや有名な観光名所を見ながら、
自由の女神の冠を作ってなりきり体験も楽しみました🗽

さまざまな国の文化や特徴に触れながら、
「同じところ」と「違うところ」の両方を発見する楽しい学びの時間となりました✨

This week, the children learned about Korea and America 🌎

In our Korea lesson, they noticed similarities between Korean and Japanese buildings
and explored the meaning behind the Korean flag 🇰🇷

In our America lesson, the children learned about yellow taxis and famous landmarks,
then made Statue of Liberty crowns and enjoyed pretend play 🗽

It was a wonderful opportunity to discover both the similarities and differences between cultures around the world.

今日は授業参観でした。

普段のミュージックタイムやフォニックスの様子を見ていただいたり、
今月学んでいる「世界の国」について、子どもたちが発表をしました🌍

また、子どもたちは入国審査官になり、
ママやパパに質問をするアクティビティにも挑戦✈️

少し緊張しながらも、
大好きなご家族に見守られていることが嬉しく、
子どもたちの笑顔と成長がたくさん見られる時間となりました✨

Today was our Open Class Day.

Parents were able to observe the children during music time and phonics lessons,
and also watch them present what they have been learning about countries around the world 🌍

The children even became immigration officers,
asking their parents questions as part of a fun role-play activity ✈️

Although a little nervous, the children were very happy to share their learning with their families.
It was a special day filled with smiles, confidence, and growth.

今週はパスポートを持って、教室の中で飛行機に乗り、
イタリアとインドへ出発しました✈️

イタリアでは観光ツアー気分を味わいながら、
ピサの斜塔のクラフト制作に挑戦。

インドでは象について学び、
象のワークシートを指定された色で塗るミッションにも取り組みました🐘

遊びや体験を通して、
世界の文化や特徴に親しむ時間となりました。

This week, the children used passports and boarded an imaginary airplane
to visit Italy and India in our classroom ✈️

In Italy, they enjoyed a sightseeing tour experience
and created crafts inspired by the Leaning Tower of Pisa.

In India, the children learned about elephants
and completed a coloring mission by following color instructions on an elephant worksheet 🐘

A fun and imaginative way to explore different cultures and countries around the world.

フィリピンでは現地の食べ物について学び、
伝統的な遊びにも挑戦しました。

オーストラリアでは、その土地に住む動物について学び、
コアラのクラフト制作も楽しみました🐨

さまざまな国の文化や暮らしに触れながら、
世界への興味や多様性への理解を育んでいます。

これからどんな国に出会えるのか楽しみです✨

Last month, the children learned about Japanese culture,
and this month we have started exploring cultures from around the world 🌍

In our Philippines lesson, the children learned about local foods
and experienced a traditional game.

For Australia, they explored animals native to the country
and enjoyed making koala crafts 🐨

Through learning about different countries and lifestyles,
the children are developing curiosity, understanding, and appreciation for diversity.

We are excited to continue discovering more cultures together ✨
