【4月26日の農ボラ🎋】
今回は種まき、筍狩り、森の整備などを行いました！
種まきは赤紫蘇、青葉、みつばの種を植えました。お昼ご飯に採れたてのみつばを頂き、香りの強さに驚きました😍おひたしを頂きとてもおいしかったです！
また、筍狩りでは合計10個の筍を収穫しました。根が広がっていてかなり手こずりました。農家さんのご家族やご友人の方と一緒に頑張りました！💪
次回は5月10日（日）です！1日だけ体験の方も大歓迎です！✨
【April 26th: Farming Volunteer Day】
This time, we took part in seed sowing, bamboo shoot harvesting, and forest maintenance!
For the sowing, we planted red shiso, green perilla (aoba), and Japanese wild parsley (mitsuba). For lunch, we were treated to some freshly picked mitsuba—I was amazed by its intense aroma! It was served as ohitashi (blanched greens) and was absolutely delicious. 😍
We also managed to harvest a total of 10 bamboo shoots. It was quite a struggle since the roots had spread out so much, but we worked hard alongside the farmer’s family and friends! 💪
Our next session is Sunday, May 10th! Even if you can only join for one day, you are more than welcome! ✨
