[ International Writing Workshops in Translation Studies ]

Applications are open for a programme to support early-career scholars working in Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine, Syria or Iraq to publish an academic article in an international journal in the discipline of translation studies.

Apply now for a fully funded programme hosted in Amman by the Council for British Research in the Levant (CBRL) and supported by the British Academy (UK).

Participants will receive:
🔸 Intensive training through two international writing workshops
🔸 Individual mentoring from leading scholars in the field
🔸 Visiting Researcher status at Queen’s University Belfast with access to online library resources
🔸 Fully covered travel, accommodation, and subsistence costs
