اختتام فعاليات مخيم الإبداع الصيفي السابع في مركز التميز للمشاريع الإبداعية بجامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا الأردنية

اختتمت فعاليات مخيم الإبداع الصيفي السابع 2026 في مركز التميز للمشاريع الإبداعية بجامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا الأردنية، بعد أيام حافلة بالتعلم والتدريب والتطبيق العملي، وبمشاركة مجموعة من أبناء أعضاء الهيئتين التدريسية والإدارية في الجامعة، وهو امتداد لمخيمات صيفية سابقة شارك بها المئات من الطلبة.

وأشار الدكتور أحمد بني يونس مدير المركز إلى أن تنظيم المخيم الصيفي يأتي انسجامًا مع رؤية المركز ورسالته في توفير بيئة تعليمية وإبداعية محفزة، تسهم في اكتشاف مواهب الطلبة وتنمية مهاراتهم وقدراتهم، وتعزيز الابتكار والإبداع لديهم، كما أكد أن المركز يواصل جهوده في تنفيذ البرامج والأنشطة النوعية التي تترجم رؤيته في بناء جيل مبدع وقادر على تحويل الأفكار إلى مشاريع ومبادرات ذات أثر.

وقد تم توزيع الشهادات على الطلبة المشاركين تقديرًا لمشاركتهم والتزامهم، بالإضافة لتكريم الطلبة المتطوعين في إعطاء هذه الدورات من الدكتور أحمد بني يونس مدير المركز والسيد وائل تليلان مدير دائرة الخدمات الإدارية في المركز.

Conclusion of the 7th Summer Innovativity Camp at the Center of Excellence for Innovative Projects at the Jordan University of Science and Technology

The 7th Summer Innovativity Camp 2026 at the Center of Excellence for Innovative Projects at the Jordan University of Science and Technology has concluded, following days packed with learning, training and practical application, with the participation of a group of children of members of the university’s academic and administrative staff. This camp is a continuation of previous summer camps in which hundreds of students have taken part.

Dr. Ahmad Bani Younes, Director of the Center, noted that the organization of the summer camp is in line with the Center’s vision and mission to provide a stimulating educational and innovative environment that helps to discover students’ talents and develop their skills and abilities, whilst fostering innovation and innovativity among them. He also emphasized that the Center is continuing its efforts to implement awareness-raising programs and activities that translate its vision of building an innovative generation capable of transforming ideas into impactful projects and initiatives.

Certificates were presented to the participating students in recognition of their participation and commitment, and the students who volunteered to deliver these courses were honored by Dr. Ahmad Bani Younes, Director of the Center, and Mr. Wael Talilan, Director of the Center’s Administrative Services Department.

لجنة الإبداع في مركز التميز للمشاريع الإبداعية تبحث تعزيز الابتكار واستدامة المشاريع الريادية

عقدت لجنة الإبداع في مركز التميز للمشاريع الإبداعية في جامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا الأردنية اجتماعها الدوري يوم الأحد الموافق 9/8/2026، برئاسة مدير المركز الدكتور أحمد بني يونس، وبمشاركة مدير دائرة خدمات المشاريع المهندس مصطفى الصالح، وبحضور أعضاء اللجنة من نخبة الخبراء والمختصين من داخل الجامعة وخارجها وهم: نائب مدير مركز دبلوماسية المياه الأستاذ الدكتور عمار البلاسمة، ورئيس قسم الصيدلة التكنولوجية في كلية الصيدلة الدكتورة نسيبة النمراوي، ومديرة حاضنة الأعمال في كلية التدريب المهني المتقدم CAVT المهندسة هدى عبيدات.

وناقش الاجتماع عددًا من الموضوعات المرتبطة بمنظومة الإبداع والابتكار، وبحث سبل تطوير المشاريع الإبداعية وتعزيز فرص نموها واستدامتها، إلى جانب تبادل الخبرات والرؤى حول أفضل الممارسات التي من شأنها الارتقاء بالمشاريع الريادية وتحويل الأفكار الإبداعية إلى حلول ومشاريع ذات أثر اقتصادي ومجتمعي ملموس، وأكد الدكتور أحمد بني يونس أهمية الدور الذي تضطلع به لجنة الإبداع في دعم أصحاب الأفكار والمشاريع النوعية، وتعزيز التكامل بين الجامعة والقطاعات المختلفة، بما يسهم في توفير منظومة متكاملة لتمكين المبدعين والمبتكرين، وفتح آفاق جديدة أمام مشاريعهم.

ويأتي انعقاد الاجتماع في إطار النهج المستمر لمركز التميز للمشاريع الإبداعية في دعم منظومة الابتكار وريادة الأعمال، وترسيخ بيئة محفزة للإبداع، بما يعزز من استدامة المشاريع الواعدة، ويدعم تحويل المعرفة والأفكار إلى تطبيقات ومشاريع مبتكرة تسهم في بناء اقتصاد معرفي قائم على الابتكار والتكنولوجيا، وتعزيز تنافسية الشباب والمبدعين على المستويين المحلي والدولي.

The Innovative Committee at the Center of Excellence for Innovative Projects discusses ways to promote innovation and the sustainability of entrepreneurial projects

The Innovative Committee at the Center of Excellence for Innovative Projects at the Jordan University of Science and Technology held its regular meeting on Sunday 9 August 2026. The meeting was chaired by the Centre’s Director, Dr. Ahmad Bani Younes, with the participation of the Director of the Project Services Department, Engineer Mustafa Al-Saleh, and attended by committee members comprising a select group of experts and specialists from within and outside the university, namely: Associate Director of the Centre for Water Diplomacy, Professor Ammar Al-Balasma; Head of the Department of Technological Pharmacy at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Dr. Nasiba Al-Namrawi; and Director of the Business Incubator at the College of Advanced Vocational Training (CAVT), Engineer Huda Obeidat.

The meeting discussed a number of topics related to the innovativity and innovation ecosystem, explored ways to develop innovative projects and enhance opportunities for their growth and sustainability, and involved an exchange of experiences and insights on best practices designed to elevate entrepreneurial projects and transform innovative ideas into solutions and projects with tangible economic and social impact. Dr. Ahmad Bani Younes emphasized the importance of the role played by the Innovative Committee in supporting those with innovative ideas and high-quality projects, and in strengthening integration between the university and various sectors, thereby contributing to the provision of an integrated system to empower creators and innovators and open up new horizons for their projects.

The meeting forms part of the Center of Excellence for Innovative Projects’ ongoing approach to supporting the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem and fostering an environment that encourages innovativity, thereby enhancing the sustainability of promising projects, and to support the transformation of knowledge and ideas into innovative applications and projects that contribute to building a knowledge-based economy founded on innovation and technology, whilst enhancing the competitiveness of young people and innovators at both local and international levels.

ضمن الإجراءات المتبعة لقبول طلبات الاحتضان المقدمة لمركز التميز للمشاريع الإبداعية، تم يوم الاربعاء الموافق 5/8/2026 عقد ورشتي عمل للمتقدمين بطلبات الاحتضان بعنوان: (مهارات العرض التقديمي) و(كيفية إعداد نموذج العمل التجاري)، وذلك عن عبد عبر تطبيق تيمز، قدمتها رئيسة شعبة التدريب المهندسة نداء الرباعي.

مدير مركز التميز للمشاريع الإبداعية الدكتور أحمد بني يونس يمثل جامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا الأردنية متحدثًا رئيسًا في المؤتمر الدولي AEECT 2026

في حضور علمي دولي متميز، شارك مدير مركز التميز للمشاريع الإبداعية في جامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا الأردنية، الدكتور أحمد بني يونس، متحدثًا رئيسًا (Keynote Speaker) في فعاليات المؤتمر الدولي الثامن للهندسة الكهربائية التطبيقية وتكنولوجيا الحوسبة (AEECT 2026)، الذي نظمه فرع معهد مهندسي الكهرباء والإلكترونيات IEEE – الأردن، بمشاركة نخبة من الباحثين والأكاديميين والطلبة وممثلي القطاع الصناعي من الأردن ومن مختلف دول العالم، وعلى مدار ثلاثة أيام خلال الفترة من 28 إلى 30 تموز 2026 في فندق الرويال في العاصمة عمان، حيث يناقش أحدث الأبحاث والتطورات في سبعة محاور رئيسة، تشمل الهندسة الطبية الحيوية، والاتصالات ومعالجة الإشارات وشبكات الحاسوب، والتحكم والروبوتات والميكاترونكس، والأمن السيبراني، وعلوم البيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي، وهندسة الإلكترونيات وتكنولوجيا النانو، إضافة إلى الطاقة المستدامة وأنظمة القدرة الكهربائية والشبكات الذكية، بهدف تعزيز التعاون وتبادل الخبرات عبر محاضرات رئيسة وجلسات علمية متخصصة وعروض للأوراق البحثية إلى جانب عدد من ورش العمل ومعرض تقني.

وخلال اليوم الثاني من المؤتمر، قدم الدكتور أحمد بني يونس الكلمة الرئيسة بعنوان:
‏Data-Driven Innovation: From Concept to Intelligent Robotics and Space
واستعرض خلالها رؤية متقدمة حول توظيف البيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي في تحويل الأفكار والمفاهيم البحثية إلى تطبيقات ذكية رائدة في مجالي الروبوتات وتقنيات الفضاء، مؤكدًا أن الابتكار القائم على البيانات يمثل ركيزة أساسية لتطوير التقنيات المستقبلية وتعزيز منظومة البحث العلمي والريادة التكنولوجية، ويعد اختيار الدكتور أحمد بني يونس متحدثًا رئيسًا في هذا المؤتمر الدولي تأكيدًا على المكانة العلمية المرموقة التي يحظى بها، وعلى الدور الريادي الذي تؤديه جامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا الأردنية في دعم البحث العلمي والابتكار، وتعزيز حضور باحثيها في المحافل العلمية الدولية.

‏In the presence of a distinguished international academic audience, Dr. Ahmad Bani Younes, Director of the Center of Excellence for Innovative Projects at the Jordan University of Science and Technology, participated as a keynote speaker at the 8th International Conference on Applied Electrical Engineering and Computing Technology (AEECT 2026), organized by the Jordan Chapter of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) – Jordan, with the participation of a select group of researchers, academics, students, and industry representatives from Jordan and around the world. The three-day event took place from July 28 to 30, 2026, at the Royal Hotel in the capital, Amman, where the latest research and developments were discussed across seven main themes, including biomedical engineering, communications, signal processing, and computer networks; control, robotics, and mechatronics; cybersecurity; data science and artificial intelligence; electronics engineering and nanotechnology; as well as sustainable energy, power systems, and smart grids, with the aim of strengthening cooperation and exchanging expertise through keynote lectures, specialized scientific sessions, and presentations of research papers, as well as a number of workshops and a technology exhibition.

‏On the second day of the conference, Dr. Ahmad Bani Younes delivered the keynote address titled:
‏Data-Driven Innovation: From Concept to Intelligent Robotics and Space.
‏During his presentation, he shared a forward-looking vision on the use of data and artificial intelligence to transform research ideas and concepts into pioneering smart applications in the fields of robotics and space technology, emphasizing that data-driven innovation is a cornerstone for developing future technologies and strengthening the scientific research ecosystem and technological leadership. The selection of Dr. Ahmad Bani Younes as a keynote speaker at this international conference underscores his distinguished scientific standing and highlights the leading role played by the Jordan University of Science and Technology in supporting scientific research and innovation, as well as in strengthening the presence of its researchers in international scientific forums.

انطلاق فعاليات مخيم الإبداع الصيفي السابع في مركز التميز للمشاريع الإبداعية بجامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا الأردنية

انطلقت في مركز التميز للمشاريع الإبداعية بجامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا الأردنية فعاليات مخيم الإبداع الصيفي السابع 2026، بحضور مدير المركز الدكتور أحمد بني يونس، وبمشاركة نخبة من الطلبة المدربين، إلى جانب طلبة المدارس المشاركين من أبناء العاملين من الهيئتين التدريسية والإدارية في الجامعة من الفئة العمرية (12–15 عاماً)، في أجواء تفاعلية تهدف إلى تنمية الإبداع وتعزيز المهارات التقنية لدى اليافعين، وأكد الدكتور أحمد بني يونس خلال الافتتاح أن المخيم يأتي انسجاماً مع رؤية المركز في أن يكون مركزاً ريادياً في رعاية المبدعين وصناعة جيل قادر على الابتكار والمنافسة محلياً وعالمياً.

ويتضمن المخيم سلسلة من الورش التدريبية المتخصصة في الذكاء الاصطناعي، والأنظمة المدمجة، وبرمجة الدرون، بإشراف مدربين ذوي خبرة، وباستخدام أحدث الوسائل التعليمية والتطبيقات العملية، حيث يشكل تنظيم المخيم منصة تعليمية متقدمة تجمع بين المعرفة النظرية والتطبيق العملي، وتسهم في صقل مهارات المشاركين وتمكينهم من مواكبة أحدث التطورات في مجالات العلوم والتكنولوجيا، بما يعزز التفكير الإبداعي والعمل الجماعي وحل المشكلات.

The 7th Summer Innovativity Camp gets underway at the Center of Excellence for Innovative Projects at the Jordan University of Science and Technology

The 7th Summer Innovativity Camp 2026 has commenced at the Center of Excellence for Innovative Projects at the Jordan University of Science and Technology, in the presence of the Center’s Director, Dr. Ahmad Bani Younes, and with the participation of a select group of trained students, alongside participating school pupils who are the children of academic and administrative staff at the university, aged (12–15 years old), in an interactive environment designed to foster innovativity and enhance the technical skills of young people. During the opening ceremony, Dr. Ahmad Bani Younes emphasized that the camp is in line with the Center’s vision to be a leading center in nurturing innovative minds and fostering a generation capable of innovation and competition both locally and globally.

The camp includes a series of specialized training workshops on Artificial Intelligence, Embedded System, and Drone Programming, supervised by experienced trainers, and utilizing the latest teaching methods and practical applications. The camp provides an advanced educational platform that combines theoretical knowledge with practical application, helping to hone participants’ skills and enabling them to keep pace with the latest developments in science and technology, thereby fostering innovative thinking, teamwork and problem-solving.
