If you want to remember more while studying less, you have to eliminate these two massive habits:
1️⃣ Passive Reviewing (Rereading & Highlighting):
❌ Why it’s a mistake: It tricks your brain into a false sense of knowing. Just because your eyes pass over the text doesn't mean it's locked in your memory.
✅ The Fixed Behavior: Close the book! Force your brain to work by quizzing yourself immediately on the concepts you just read.
2️⃣ Cramming (One-Time Big Study Sessions):
❌ Why it’s a mistake: Fast input means fast forgetting. Your brain physically cannot consolidate massive amounts of data in a single, exhausted night.
✅ The Fixed Behavior: Use spaced repetition. Break your material into bite-sized, daily chunks.
Stop stressing the night before the exam. Build habits that last with Sigma Tutoring Center. 🌟
