Dr. Hart is a special education researcher and practitioner focusing on inclusive education, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), co-teaching, and teacher competencies. She is the founder of Stepping Stones Education Services / Learning Center and a recipient of the Fulbright Specialist Award.
