eyen design is looking for a junior designer to hop on board and join in to work on exciting upcoming projects, gain good solid experience and become part of the game-changing design practice in the city.
The projects span work from cultural publication design, branding and visual identity for food & beverage clients, website and innovation as well as long-term work as creative support to food startup and lots more.
Working hours are fairly flexible as long as the work is done in time and is done well, in addition to clear investment in being a team player. For an office, we do have our own lovely space close by Luwaibdeh, Wadi Saqra, 3rd circle and downtown and it's filled with good energy and better publications at your disposal! Prompt responsiveness is key, as our tasks vary from big chunks of work to hourly requests.
The traditional list of requirements:
> Holder of BA or BSC in (graphic) design or relevant topic.
> A diverse portfolio, even if it's mostly university work.
Good command of english, but better in Arabic.
> Knows Adobe pretty well, but also willing to learn.
> Meticulous, organised and got themselves together.
Familiar with publication design, branding, online media and typography.
> Tech-savvy to teach us old ones how to really use snapchat.
Passionate about design and foresees a future in it.

This job offer is for Amman-based entry-level applicants with maximum 1-2 year experience, but everybody is welcome to apply. Applicants are expected to begin working starting January, 2017. Salary is actually really good, yet would be negotiated in person. Applicant is expected to join a network of designers and to report to two head designers on daily basis. Applicant is expected to work on their own computers, but you never know when Christmas comes. This is a freelance commitment, therefore, no medical or life insurance supplied yet we can give you band-aids, panadol and great hugs.
