About Elina:
Elina holds a BA (Hons) in English and Drama and an MA in physical theatre from Royal Holloway University of London. She further trained in dance at the Trinity Laban Conservatoire for Music and Dance in London and Iwanson International Academy for Contemporary Dance in Munich.

Elina danced and choreographed for work commissioned by the Barbican, British council and BFI and won various awards for her work. She collaborated as a dancer across several years with neuroscientists at Neurolive investigating different ways of practicing and measuring the performative experience.

2025 was not just a year.
It was a rhythm we learned to trust.

Bodies moved, stories unfolded, confidence grew quietly step by step, breath by breath.
We showed up imperfect, curious, brave.
We danced through doubt, discipline, joy, and becoming.

This year reminded us that movement is not about performance
it’s about presence.
And becoming is a practice.

Thank you to every body, every soul, every moment shared on the floor.
2026… we move deeper.
