Alchemy of Life

thoughtfully created future. (I see an adored planet inhabited by interconnected communities of embodied and ethereal beings and animals held together by artfully dancing the tension between a variety life-perspectives) My deep learning is: 1. to be still enough, long enough to witness the quality and rhythm of my own life’s Dance and to tap into the vast potential of the Dreaming. Practices of the moment for me include: sitting, walking, travel, lucid dreaming, hosting, circle, animal totems, dancing the 5 Rhythms, coaching Equine experiences, TRE© (Trauma Releasing Exercises), the Art of Hosting & Acro Yoga. In 2015 I will co-host a tracking journey @ Phinda in South Africa 108 km sacred walking journey on the Camino de Santiago, Spain. To ground the “woo-woo,” I also hold an MBA from Thunderbird, School of Global Management.
