ضمن جهودها لتعزيز التواصل مع الطلبة والجهات التعليمية في المنطقة، عقدت جامعة المملكة للعلوم الطبية لقاءً مع المكتب الثقافي الكويتي في الأردن لبحث فرص التعاون والتعريف بالجامعة وبرنامج دكتور في الطب.

وتستعد الجامعة لاستقبال أول دفعة من طلبتها في عام 2027، ضمن منظومة أكاديمية طبية متكاملة تجمع بين التعليم الطبي والرعاية الصحية والبحث العلمي.

يسرّ جامعة المملكة للعلوم الطبية الإعلان عن الموافقة على تشكيل مجلس أمنائها لمدة أربع سنوات، برئاسة دولة السيد سمير زيد الرفاعي، رئيس الوزراء الأسبق، وعضوية مجموعة من الخبرات الأكاديمية والمهنية في مجالات التعليم العالي والطب والأعمال والصناعة والتجارة وتكنولوجيا المعلومات.
ويأتي تشكيل المجلس مع تقدم الجامعة في استكمال جاهزيتها الأكاديمية والمؤسسية استعداداً لبدء العملية التعليمية واستقبال دفعتها الأولى من طلبة الطب في أيلول 2027، حيث سيتولى المجلس الإشراف على التوجهات العامة للجامعة ودعم مسارها المؤسسي والأكاديمي خلال المرحلة المقبلة.
وتستعد الجامعة لإطلاق برنامج دكتور في الطب يمتد لست سنوات، تم تطويره بالشراكة الأكاديمية مع كلية الطب في جامعة لندن (UCL Medical School)، ضمن توجهها لبناء تجربة تعليمية تربط بين التعليم الطبي والتدريب السريري والبحث العلمي.

Kingdom University of Health Sciences is pleased to announce that the Council of Education and Human Resources Development has approved the formation of its Board of Trustees for a four-year term, chaired by H.E. Samir Al-Rifai, former Prime Minister of Jordan, and comprising academic and professional expertise across higher education, medicine, business, industry, trade and technology.

The formation of the Board comes as the University advances its academic and institutional readiness ahead of welcoming its first cohort of medical students in September 2027. The Board will provide strategic and institutional oversight and support the University’s academic development during the next phase.

The University is preparing to launch its six-year Doctor of Medicine programme, developed in academic partnership with UCL Medical School. The programme integrates medical sciences, early clinical exposure and research, supported by an innovative curriculum designed to prepare students for the evolving needs of medical practice and healthcare.

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Professor Mohammad Abdulhamid Al-Qudah as President of Kingdom University of Health Sciences.

Drawing on his extensive experience in medical education, scientific research, and academic leadership, Professor Al-Qudah will lead the University through its next phase of development and the completion of its academic and institutional readiness, in preparation for launching its academic program and welcoming its first cohort of students in 2027.

Meet Ahmad Ata, a recipient of the Kingdom University of Health Sciences Faculty Scholarship Fund, currently pursuing his PhD in Molecular Cancer Biology at KU Leuven in Belgium.

His interest in academia began during medical school and grew through his experience teaching basic sciences to medical students. Today, he is developing expertise in emerging research technologies with the aim of bringing that knowledge back to Jordan.

As a future faculty member, Ahmad hopes to contribute to cancer research focused on the Jordanian population and share the knowledge and experience gained through his PhD with future students and colleagues at Kingdom University of Health Sciences.
