A Heart of Art

Greetings... To all parents, students and prospective staff who had been looking forward to an extraordinary three weeks this summer, it is with deep regret that we announce that such will not be a reality this year. This is as a result of us not getting a favorable response from either of the parties we reached out to re venue. As such, we will immediately start scouting a venue for next year, as well as we intend to make Heart of Art an all year round program (evenings and Saturdays). Stay tuned for more info as we look forward for the continued support.

As the name suggests, “A Heart of Art” will expose children to different forms of the Arts such as Music, Visual Arts, Speech and Drama, and Dance and Traditional Folk Forms. Through these means, our charges (children) will be taught general life and problem-solving skills under the theme “crossing barriers; breaking chains”. At the end of three weeks, their talents will be showcased to the public in one major production, as well as there will be our “Mr. and Miss Heart of Art” competition and awards show.
