National Heroes' Day on Monday, 17 October 2022 — will be celebrated under the theme 'Re-igniting Greatness through our Heritage'.
The third Monday in October is when Jamaicans take time to acknowledge and show their appreciation to the current seven national heroes, who have all made significant contributions to the independence and development of modern Jamaica.
