The Phoenix goal is to develop players to make it as professionals or to be good enough to utilize the sport as a means by which they can secure football scholarships to university and advance themselves. The current membership of the academy is over 500 players with members in the US, Jamaica, Canada, Dubai, Qatar Africa, Europe, England and the Caribbean. Our concept is that we never give up and

keep striving to rise above life's challenges to achieve our goals. We have already broken into Europe with five of our players at top clubs. Kyle Butler and Leon Bailey and Kevaughn Atkinson left Jamaica in 2010 with father and coach, Craig Butler, on a mission to spread the word of the Phoenix Academy by performance. They have been on test trials with the top clubs in Europe. FC TWENTE and AJAX in Holland, Hamburg and Bayern Munich Germany , and KRC GENK in Belgium, to name just a few.
