Turnberry Primary and Infant School history and Information

Establishment and History

Formerly Turnberry All Age School, this institution was established in 1928 by Methodist Missionaries on land donated by Mr. The movement started to educate children ages 12-15 about Christianity. As the years went by Reading Writing and Arithmetic were in the curriculum and a few children became classrooms of

students. The institution was later handed over to the Government and later transformed into Turnberry All Age School accommodating students from 6 to 15 years old reaching a population of one hundred and sixty (160) pupils. The school was converted to Turnberry Primary in 2007 and renamed Turnberry Primary and Infant Department in 2013 and caters for students between 2 and 12 years old. Principals
