Frome Technical High School Class of 1997-2000 Nestled between the cane fields of Frome is Frome Technical High School. It opened its doors in 1957 as the Frome Senior High School, with principal Joslyn H.

Frome Technical High School had its beginning at another location (now the Montego Bay Community College, Westmoreland campus) which was built in 1956 on lands donated by Harold Cuhasac. O'Connor who served in this capacity until 1975 when he retired. During its early years, students of Frome Senior High sat the First, Second and Third Jamaica Local Examinations, but in the late 1960s the school b

ecame Frome Junior Secondary School and its curriculum was revised to enable students to sit the Jamaica School Certificate (JSC) examinations.
