Due to the pending rainstorm tomorrow 6/22, we will be heading to LOMB on Tuesday, June 23rd instead. If you’ve been looking for a chance to connect with homeschool families and the date change works, this is a great opportunity as admissions is heavily discounted. Registration is closed, so no promises, but message me and I’ll let you know if I’m able to add participants. We currently have a group of 30 going.

Wow! The students talked, laughed, played games together (their own AND colonial games), ate, and connected in a way that made all of us parents pause and acknowledge the beautiful interactions.

The trip took students back in time with every item and artifact captivating their minds. The connection students made with each other and that parents made with other parents can only happen with intention, opportunity, and planning ease.

Bowling turned out super special with a mix of homeschool teens and friends. It started as a family outing, but morphed into a teen gathering.

Offering opportunities for teens to have safe, clean fun is crucial. Another win for continued connects. ❤️

What I really liked about the Alvin Ailey performance, beyond their creative talent, was the engagement they demonstrated with students throughout the show.

Students practiced a few dance moves, heard the history of the company, learned about their travel and stage logistics, and listened to brief introductions from the dance troop.

It was amazing!! Excerpts from Revelation was a special treat!!

21 Students and 9 parents enjoyed a perfect day at HealthBarn USA. The sun and breeze offered a great backdrop for planting seeds to take home, turning soil in the compost, walking through the fragrant garden to learn about herbs, and sampling a delicious smoothie recipe!!

Students enjoyed time on the playground afterwards while parents took a break on the benches to connect.

Battleship NJ Museum was an impressive ship, the families that explored together were dear, and the weather was perfect!

A return is warranted as families cannot cover everything in one visit due to the vast size of the ship.

Another successful trip with The Field Trip Society is in the books. This is a great community!! ❤️
