It is okay not to be okay.
Sometimes “not okay” is just your soul asking for care, rest, honesty, or help. And that’s not weakness—that’s wisdom.
Grace meets you right where you are, not where you think you should be.
Be encouraged.
You are not alone.

It is okay not to be okay.
You’re allowed to feel tired, confused, disappointed, angry, or heavy—and still be faithful, strong, and loved. Being human doesn’t cancel your calling. Struggle doesn’t mean failure. Even Jesus wept.
Sometimes “not okay” is just your soul asking for care, rest, honesty, or help. And that’s not weakness—that’s wisdom.
You don’t have to rush healing. You don’t have to explain your pain to everyone. You don’t have to pretend.
Grace meets you right where you are, not where you think you should be.
Be encouraged.
You are not alone.
Please reach out if you need anyone to talk to.
