I'm almost certain that my mother told me she was one of the people who participated in the "teach in" protest outside of Hank when she worked there, part of the anti-war demonstration right outside the gates were over 300 people protested. If this brings a bell to anyone, please let me know

Doing a deeper dive into archives, I have found references to the innovative music program developed for Hank Air Force Base middle school in the early 1970s that was part of the DODEA program and later implemented in other DOD schools, that still to this day has influence on their music program, but no mention or credit of my mother, who designed the curriculum herself, from scratch, from her own research. I will use the freedom of information act to send a formal letter to the DODEA, insisting upon them producing the records under that act, as well as under my rights as the sole representative of her estate.
