In 2023, a Civil War broke out in Sudan with millions becoming refugees. I travelled to Chad (Sudan's Western Neighbor) to take US GOV officials to visit refugee camps near the border.
It required a 'bit' of overland travel across the entire country. I've seen alot of Africa and wanted to share a few more pics of my travels...

In combat, it's important to prioritize the casualties who have the best chance of survival. Use the SALT Mass Casualty Triage Algorithm to quickly assess and treat patients and determine who needs immediate care.

When treating a casualty with a gunshot wound, remember to assess for entry and exit wounds. These wounds can give clues about the trajectory of the bullet and help you determine the best course of action.

The MARCH algorithm is a helpful tool for treating casualties in combat: M - Massive hemorrhage, A - Airway, R - Respiration, C - Circulation, and H - Hypothermia/head injury.
