Italy Pilgrimage II: May 30- June 4, 2022

Walking 3-6 hours a day. Immersion in nature. Each day is comprised of contemplative walking and (if you wish) sketchbook drawing or writing. You will walk the paths used by pilgrims on their way to Rome from Central Europe. These ancient paths were forged by saints including Saint Francis of Assisi. People have been asking about the next Topography of Memory in Italy. The answer is YES! We will be going in May 2019. Applications will be accepted starting in August 2018. The Museum of Walking will also be offering walking and drawing on a pilgrim trail in Italy in 2019. Previous participants of Topography of Memory will have first dibs for a place on the pilgrimage.
